I am not satisfied with their service & especially with the portion & preparation of the orders. I'll never go back again. It looked like they just threw stuff & made my orders. Not interested in the job & how to make it look good. Our order of chilli bacon ranc fries looked like a sunny side up omelette ! All the sauces and bacon were given in one tiny spot. Even the fries gone limp & detest. Anyway, I will go to their other locations but never here. Management please take care.It's one of the Wienerschnitzel chain restaurants for hotdogs, fries, and ice creams etc. Located in a good but very busy area of Redlands. They kept it clean & have many free parking.

The food was delicious and the service was quick and efficient. The place was clean and bathrooms were cleaned also. There was nobody else in the place so I can't tell what the atmosphere was like.Parking: In great location, easy to get to and lot's of places to shop. It's one of the best wiener schnitzel stores I have been to. And who doesn't like a chilli dog with cheese and onion.Kid-friendliness: Very nice employees and the day manager was so patient and helpful, even brought extra napkins without us even asking! Great service.
Friday at lunch, horribly wrong order and they treated me like I was lying and it was my fault. I go in after driving thru to terrible customer service. They correct it I thought they even take food out of my bag and put it back on the rack. We get home turns out my husband's order they corrected and got right. My kids mini corn dogs were taken and the incorrect order of jalapeno poppers we didn't order is what came home. Rude employees. I won't be back.

The orange cream cone was really good. Better than expected.
Over priced food is very little amount. Not worth it.I got the family pack and the chilie cheese fries where half the size sucks will not go there anymore. Lost my trust, I don't recommended please try the og tommys. very slow expensive will not go there much anymore.

The big guy cooking the food doesn't like his job. My fries were cold and he didn't cook me more fries until 20min later after everyone else got there order.
