My friends and I went to A Fish and Friends late morning on a Sunday. It was such a lovely day and parking was not too difficult to find, but definitely took a few loops around. We stopped by A Fish and Friends, upstairs for their outdoor seating. Service is available from their servers upstairs, rather than having to order downstairs to bring up. All of the dishes we ordered were amazing. We especially loved the grilled octopus. The texture was perfect, flavor was definitely there, and the potatoes and sauce were perfection. Highly recommend and looking forward to returning.

Hanging out in Redondo Beach and out on the pier and boardwalk this weekend, we started to get hungry. While walking we decided that we wanted to eat on the patio upstairs and this place looked perfect for that. We were quickly seated on their patio next to the edge with a divine view! The menu was simple and we quickly found the items that we wanted to try. I ordered the lobster roll and it was delicious. It was a cold roll and the fries on the side were cooked perfectly! My son ordered a burger and he enjoyed it a lot, finishing his whole meal. Our friend ordered fish and chips and those were tasty!! We had zero complaints and enjoyed our food with the most wonderful view! The service was great as well as the food. We will definitely come back the next time we are in town!

The food sounded very appetizing clean and courteous service and a nicw view. Unfortunately I disliked everything I ordered. They claimed that the lemonade was fresh but it tasted like it was made with fake lemon juice. The fish tacos would have been good if they had not overdone the hot sauce. The fish and chips were very mediocre and soggy.

Everything brought to the table was excellent. We ordered Lobster rolls, Mac & cheese, fries and Mac salad. Mac and cheese is a must. I will be coming back to try everything on the menu.

Worst service ever. We waited 40 minutes just to be seated and then had to wait another hour before our food came out! It was ridiculous, but that's not the worst part. We were given such attitude by the server - repeatedly. When we asked what was taking so long, he told us that it was because there was only one cook working. Mind you - this was on the weekend. Why would they have one cook on a busy weekend?! The cherry on top was the soggy fish, cold fries, and hardened taco shells - which means the food had been ready but was never brought to us for a long time.

The outdoor dining is nice. Servers are helpful and nice although we had to add salt and pepper and More butter to the seafood boil we ordered . And ceviche was way to salty! One thing I really hate is the way the servers come to your table and shout out how much your bill is I think Is tacky for this to be done at this type of place I be more comfortable if they just bring the bill

Had a great meal here with a beautiful sunset view and fantastic service. We enjoyed a lobster and shrimp roll, fish and chips and a nice cold beer. The server was polite and very attentive. Overall great meal and experience on the boardwalk, will definitely be back.
