The ice cream is amazing! BUT the employees at this location are the most unqualified, unprofessional, uneducated, disrespectful people I've ever encountered, I am certain that the owner has no knowledge of the behavior of the employees. Now it's common practice to be rude and ignore the customers request and not care as employers are scared to fire employees because of unscrupulous attorneys who sue them, so the public is the one who suffers as there are no more standards in society, it's a damn shame.

I was told in the store that I could get a free scoop when I signed up for the app and then returned only to be told that only applies to the franchise and there’s different ownership here. This absolutely sucks because the app doesn’t advertise this or list the participating locations at least not in a location I could find . I like the ice cream but I’m never going back to this location, but I guess it doesn’t matter to BR because it’s under different ownership!

My guess is that the management is too concerned about pinching pennies than satisfying customers at this location. The staff asked me if we were ready and when we tried to sample a flavor he told us to hold on and moved to help the person behind us who had a smaller order. Anyway, I paid about $6.30 for a single scoop. If you want to charge big boy prices please be more generous. For example, there's no reason why a customer cannot have two flavors in one scoop. Teach your employees how to scoop half of the measured scoop with one flavor then complete the scoop with another flavor. And there's no reason to so carefully measure each scoop. Also, If you are going to do away with the kids scoop then at least offer to split a scoop so multiple kids can share one scoop. Need to be more creative with your handling of customer orders.

The owners are horrible people. They treat their employees very harshly. Some of the employees I’ve seen touching cones without gloves. DO NOT GO HERE. The employees also look extremely sad and like they do not want to be there. There are much better ice cream options, such as handles ice cream in Manhattan Beach. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

I have always been a fan of 31 flavors and this is no different than the many others. However prices have really gone up. Wish I could say it was worth the increase

I have been going to baskin robbins my entire life. Not every visit has been great over the years but I always go back, because the I know what I want. The prices have gone up over the years and I keep going back. How ever last night I went to this baskin ribbons in Redondo beach and have never been treated so poorly by the staff. Another couple was a head of us and ordered single scoops in a cup. We witnessed the staff pack each cup with a lot of ice cream. We ordered a single scoop on a cake cone it didn't even cover the diameter of the cone. When we asked the girl about the size of the scoop she just rolled her eyes. Said nothing, noticing how small the scoop was I thought I should order a Sunday in order to get a normal size scoop. Honestly I have never had such small scoops, the whipped cream was not fluffy but more like milk. I asked if this is how the Sunday was supposed to look. The girl replied this is what you ordered. My bill was $17+, for the smallest and worst service I have ever gotten at any Baskin-Robbins. As we were paying another couple came in ordered scoops in cups this couple obviously knew one of the employees. The cup was completely packed with ice cream. We asked the staff why we were served so little, they replied we got Childs scoops??? We are not children, we paid for full scoops. The lazy worker behind the counter just didn't want to do her job. She was extremely unhappy behind the counter. I don't want to assume but it felt very race driven. We are a mixed couple completely got the feeling we were not welcome. Either to old or the wrong race, we felt extremely singled out at this baskin robbins. I will no longer support the particular location. The baskin robbins on Crenshaw the staff is much nicer, and at least the scoops are constantly the same size. I will drive the extra distance for friendly service. The manager or owner of this baskin robbins should know the crew is chasing away the customers

Really rude service. Walked in no one acknowledged us. Then we waited for their "meeting" to end and then a guy came over, and I said hi! In an friendly manner and he didn't respond and just basically just stared at us. Left to go to another baskin robbins. Customer service wasn't great.

Absolutely nasty! Between the customer service and the unsanitary conditions I will never return to this location! I got a double scoop with 1 topping but when they handed it to me it had 2 toppings.... Sprinkles and HAIR! I immediately gave it back to the already rude and impatient staff to which one of them rudely informs me that she would charge me for 1 scoop rather than two. She didn't say it how I just did though how she said it left both my sister and I confused so we were asking questions. The girl kept rolling her eyes and eventually said what you want? To which I replied nothing that just put such a bad taste in my mouth. I then asked if they were required to wear hairnets and she rolled her eyes again and said no. At this point I was getting mad because I came in there to get ice cream for my family, not to be treated poorly or given a product that wasn't safe to eat. I told them they needed to start wearing hair mask because thats nasty asf to which they just kind of left. I just chose to leave even after paying for the 3 other ice creams because there was nothing to gain from complaining to this irresponsible, incompetent, and unsanitary staff because I had no longer even wanted the product! The 3 staff members there were young and maybe looked like they could have been high school students, there is no way they should be left to maintain this location if thats the customer service they are meeting customers with.

Love the ice cream and variety of flavors, but don't love the customer service. The workers appear unhappy working there and very impatient with customers deciding on their flavors, even with no one in line. Also not very consistent scoop sizes. No tasters either.

I took my grandson to Baskin-Robbins today. He ordered the very berry strawberry ice cream. The pieces of strawberry were extremely icy and inedible. Although, no samples were allowed before ordering they still allowed no refunds or returns. My grandson was most disappointed because he was not able to eat the ice cream. I tried it and agreed that it was inedible. We will not be returning to this store and I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

Weird, threatening, scary cake I ordered an orange sprinkle cake for my son's birthday. We were in a hurry to get the cake in the cooler and drive to the desert to celebrate his birthday. When we arrived in the desert we found the cake was a pink, scary, frowny face, one eye design. I returned to the store today since we are back in town. I was told the design was the employees friends album cover. I was offered no credit, refund or even an apology. I was told they could have made a new cake on the day of pickup which we wouldn't have been able to wait for anyway. We are totally disappointed and would advise to go to any store but this store. Unless you want to disappoint your kid on their birthday. Or you have time to return on a later date when they make you a weird, threatening, scary cake.

About a couple of weeks ago, I got a Baskin-Robbins ad on my phone which mentioned Tigermilk Bubble Tea. I was surprised, so I thought I better check it out. I had a little trouble getting a parking spot at a different location, so I decided to go to this location last week. I went on Monday before 530p. I got a medium-sized Tigermilk Bubble Tea. It was a little pricey, but it was a little bigger than what I think would be a medium. The drink tasted ok. When I went in, there were no customers. But then, a few customers started coming in. That place is not very large, so it's best not to stay there too long if a lot of customers start coming in. A little girl came in coughing, and I believe she was not wearing a mask. This place is so small that it looked like a hole in a wall. At first, I wasn't sure I was going in the right place. However, there is definitely a lot of free parking at this location. I'm not sure if I would get this drink again, but I might go again to this place to get something else. However, I'm not sure how clean this place is since I believe they don't appear to wash their hands and wear gloves.
