Wish my experience here was better, I used to love this location 2 stars solely because the food was good but service was lacking compared to the past. Came in as a party of 2 and a party of 6 that came 10 min after we did got seated first. Got some excuse our table was next but still no explanation as to why we got shafted.

This place is located on the outside area of the South Bay Galleria mall. Two entrees and a cocktail added up to around $50 including tax and tip. This food looks way better than it tastes. The service was average as well. There's also "free" complimentary bread and oil that wasn't very good. Anytime there's a "free" appetizer, I check the menu and wasn't surprised to see all the entrees costing $15-$20. Establishments have to raise the price of their entire menu to compensate for the free food they give out and this one is no different.

Normally I'd give a good review but we were given the wrong order. Nothing worse then arriving home, during the Christmas rush, and finding out the order you placed for dinner isn't in the bag that you just opened. It's too crowded to return, and we know if we call it will take. More than an hour and a half to get the order to us. CPK, we know you can do better. Take pride in your business. A disappointed customer.

Fresh food friendly staff!! They have a pretty good cheese pizza and I love their Greek salad. The restaurant is also clean and safe.

I'm originally from Hawaii and I loved eating there in Ala Moana shopping center and kahala mall but this one ... idk ... it didn't really do it for me. It was alright not great like I remember but not terrible ... just maybe it's a good thing that we don't have any in Washington anymore.

I have to start off by saying this place was spotless! So fresh inside and no odors of any kind. I love that! After some delicious bread and olive oil my bf and I had a margarita to start. Love the raspberry option. We decided to split a bbq chicken pizza with pineapple and the Thai crunch salad. Both were so good! And the waitress was so attentive even as she was busy. I'll be back for sure

YOUR TAKE OUT IS EMBARRASSING! No utensils, no napkins no bread! The food was COLD even though I showed up in time ! Your pepperoni pizza didn't come with oregano lIke usual and it looks like s**** EVERYTHING IS COLD, forgot my drink too And the Mexican corn IS NASTY LOOKING! I paid way too much money for your nasty a** looking food and POOR TAKEOUT SERVICE

One word! AMAZING ...... I have 4 kids. 6, 3, 2 years old & 5 months old.. both my husband and I always have a little of a hard time at restaurants with our babies..however CPK gave us excellent and wonderful service. For the 1st time we all were able to enjoy our brunch. thank you to all the stuff so much for being patient with our kiddo's and always keeping a smile.. Nelia you great! && Sally for taking your time just to ask how we are doing.. the food is delicious
This location is amazing. They're always testing new items on the menu so you'll have the opportunity to have unique items not offered at other locations. I've become a regular for lunch and Eva is always on top of it.

I guess they’re having a hard time finding help. We arrived at about 4:30pm and had to wait until a 2nd server arrived. But, the purpose if this review is to remind servers to offer fresh ground pepper and cheese. It used to be standard practice. Now, the food is dropped off and they whisk away to do something else.

This is a tough review, in a way. We ordered pizza and a salad for pick up, I get to the parking and call to let them know I'm picking up. The order wasn't quite ready and ended up waiting an additional 15 minutes for my order. Get home (I should've checked the order foe accuracy) but because I was so upset waiting the additional time, I just left without checking the order. (You can see where we're going with this). We opened the bag my pizza was good but the salad which my wife ordered without cilantro had cilantro chopped up inside. Oh I should've double checked the order before I left. She was upset with me for not checking. The good part about the evening was when she called to complain about the order, the manager was nice enough to credit our meal. The manager did apologize for the mishap which was great. The bright side....I was off the hook for not double checking the accuracy of the order.

Very poor customer service and organization. We planned ahead and order through their website; 2 salads and one appetizer. Our order was supposed to be ready for pick up at 11AM, so we arrived right at 11AM. The cashier handled our payment and said she would check to see if the food was ready; we never saw her again. After sitting on a bench, right across from the cashier area for 30 minutes, someone finally asked if we were waiting for an order? We said yes, told her we have been waiting for 30 minutes. She finally checked, and the bag with our food in it was sitting right by the counter; we don't know how long it was already sitting there! The employee was very unapologetic and seemed unconcerned. I can now see why this location only has 3 stars. I gave them 2 stars, only because the food was good, but we will be taking our business elsewhere. I would not recommend this location at all.

Came here for a family gathering. We were seated quickly upon arrival since it wasn’t busy. It was a total of 10 people. The waiter was very nice and his service was on point. I got a cedar plank salmon which was $25. Worth it? No, the salmon was under seasoned and it only came with a side of Mexican street corn. The corn was fabulous though. We did have a bit of mix ups, our food was mixed up but all the staff there were super super kind and acted quickly. Besides the mix ups, we still had a nice time there. I would still recommend to anyone who wants to have a nice date or little family reunion. Thank you CPK. ??
