The new automated ordering for the drive thru is really annoying. It cuts you off and is impersonal. Bring back the real person to take your order.

Ordered ahead online for pick up when in drive-through waited over 15 minutes before being greeted at the service counter. They then failed to process the order and we had to then wait for them to make our order catch up on here at all.

I went into the drive-through cause I was in a hurry. I had to wait more than 15 minutes behind 2 other customers. For that long of a wait, I expected the first customer to have a couple of bags of food, but they received a single bag of food. The next customer handed over his card to pay, and then another wait of several minutes to get a single also. I pulled up and they asked me what I had ordered? Then they called out my order to whoever was cooking and closed the window and I waited somemore. When I got my order and left, I opened up the food and my burger was cold and the bun soggy with the toppings. Did they make it when I ordered it and then put it aside? I would have taken it back for a refund but I was already late. Very disappointing for a fast food restaurant to be so slow and not know how to take simple orders.

The prices have gotten so incredibly high. And the service has gotten so bad. My family used to go tot his location often- now we hardly visit at all. I worked in customer service for so long- it always confuses me how workers feel they can be so rude.

Amazing drive thru a nice gentleman great listener and attentive.
It was getting late on a school night when sports activities were running late and one of the kids was having a craving for waffle fries. Waffle fries? Yes, the best fast stop for waffle fries would be Carl's Jr!So yes. Jumped in the car and hit the drive thru. So happy that both driveways before and after the restaurant next to the UPS store and Happy Feet work for Carl's because I completely missed the first one. The drive thru was dead empty at 7pm on Thursday night. So ordering was easy, and our drive thru attendant was super nice. Food took a minute, which we appreciated since you knew they were making it fresh. I got a chance to peek inside the restaurant while waiting for our order, and it looked cute and clean, with fake flowers on the counter. Got the burgers home. Waffle fries were a hit of course, but the burgers got the "just ok, nothing special" on the rating chart. Still, happy about the friendly service and convenience of the quick drive thru factor, which means a lot to busy families in the area.
