First time I went food was amazing. I just get orange chicken and chow mein. Went again tonight and the chicken just felt meatless. Like it was all breading. Was pretty upset bc it does get pricey compared to other Chinese spots. Dropped 20$ on just these two items. I’ll likely be giving one more try to decide if it will become a go to spot for me tho. Wouldn’t reccomend if ur out the area. But if you live nearby I say why not

Food is good. But all of a sudden options are when ordering online are gone…on their platform (eat street) no option for white meat for Sweet & Sour Chicken, or choosing brown rice etc or on a delivery service (doordash, grubhub, etc.) Szechuan Beef doesn’t show up as an entree. i used to order here once a week, but not anymore…Fix this!

We really like China Coast. It's our go-to Chinese restaurant in Redondo Beach. Everything is always hot and tasty. I only wish their Shrimp with Lobster Sauce was the same as my childhood memories.

This greasy little roach motel of a restaurant gave me a case of the worst food poisoning I've ever had. I know I got it from China Coast because it's the only thing I ate the whole day. I should've known better than to order from here because it's never that good at all, but I was craving Chinese food and it's the only place I know of in my neighborhood to get it. Every time someone in my building orders from here the smell of heavy grease permeates the whole hallway for hours and smells terrible. Ate this slop and hours later in the night I was queasy and pouring sweat from my body trying to fight off whatever sickness this place gave me. Not gonna go into more disgusting details. I'd give them zero stars if I could, but in all fairness I did choose to eat here knowing it's pretty gross. Do yourselves a favor and avoid this dump at all costs.

I am trying to be fair but the food was terrible. "Combination" chow menu with beef chicken shrimp had only a couple of pieces of sliced beef, the mushu pork ok but so brown, soggy and not fresh, garlic shrimp mostly vegetables. The chicken with mixed vegetables was good. What is it when you request hot mustard and it always seems to be missing from order (they also didn't deliver the chili sauce even though both ordered). Both are standard inexpensive sides but it's like pulling teeth to get it.
