Horrible service. Dining policy depends on what the owner feels that day. One day half your party can eat buffet and the other half can order off the menu. Then the next day that can't happen cuz the policy just changed! Then the following day you can. Sameguy working lol roof leaking right by buffet station. Had to ask for coke refill 10 times. No speaks English. Worried more about their take out orders than people in the restaurant.

Dont even consider this place for any large bookings / private events. The customer service is very pathetic. Was in touch with a lady named Judy with regards to my private event and i havent come across a more arrogant person in the service industry. She had no courtesy to guests time and blatantly showed a careless attitude. If you are looking for Indian food, there are so many better places in this same vicinity, give this a pass.

The food was amazing. Service was great, they will help you with any questions, food intolerance and spice levels. My friends and I have tried most Indian food in the Southbay and this place is by far the best one.Every single thing we ordered was amazing.Highlights are the Dahl, the ghee roast dosa with dips, lamb biryani, and eggplant.

Perfect Sunday for curry. Had the Mulligatawny soup to start and it was delicious! The halibut coconut stew is perfect. Naan was crispy and soft in all the right spots. My favorite place now!

I had the opportunity to visit this restaurant again and try their Indian buffet . It was definitely a delightful culinary experience. The weekday buffet boasts of an extensive array of eclectic choices , from flavorful veg and non-veg dishes including two types of biriyani including refreshing soups, vibrant salads and selection of typical indian beverages . The inclusion of biriyanis and curries and freshly made butter naan adds a touch of authenticity.I personally felt for the variety of options the buffet was aptly prices I tried the weekend buffet which was around $20 dollars per person as they have additional chats , fresh dosas and special dishes included in the buffet. This is my third visit to this place and truly the experience and the food quality has been above par and have always left myself fulfilled after either a good dinner or in this case trying out their Indian buffet.

I tried to place an order on line today for the Biryani BOGO special. The Square payment system was down, so my online order could not be placed, so I drove 20 minutes to the restaurant. Someone took my order and said I could pay when the food was ready. A lady then comes to the register and says that she cannot place the order unless it’s done online, as that’s the only way to get the BOGO. I showed them my phone, where it clearly showed I had tried, then tried again in front of them. She would not honor the BOGO deal, after admitting that their payment system was down, and I would have to wait as long as it took to come on line and try again. She would not place an in person order, as I am standing there, knowing it was their system issue! At this point I’m a little frustrated, because no one knows when the system comes back on line, and I don't plan on waiting around for the system to come back. Clearly this restaurant does not know the meaning of customer service. Basically they told me that they would not place the order!! I asked to speak to the owner, and she said to give her my info, to which I said no, because it was unlikely I would get a call back.My family and I are regulars - we have been going there since the restaurant opened. We have referred it to several friends. We have had large groups there, as well as ordered for larger groups at our home. This is not customer service that is acceptable - they have lost me as a customer over $16.99, and I will make sure I let friends know what transpired. Great job Copper Pot Redondo!

This place was awful, seemed like a bunch of special needs kids running the place and THAT would be an upgrade. The menu is the first clue that this place is cheap and classless--a menu with multiple staples (photo 1). Started off with appetizers (samosas and spinach pakora) that was served COLD. We were hungry and ate it anyway and told the waiter who said it was all "pre-made in advance" ?? Before we ordered we asked if the samosas were spicy because we have dietary concerns and didn't want over-saltly or spicy, then after we ordered our entrees. Chicken Tikki, Garlic Naan, Dal Tadka (lentils), and yogurt. The Chicken Tikki was served alone with nothing else and was extremely salty & spicy (it would have been nice if waitress forewarned us since the topic came up before). My friend took one bite of chicken and said "you eat it, I can't" but I could barely tolerate it either, felt like my mouth was on fire. We waited for the rest of meal and finally got up and asked TWICE where the lentils, naan, and yogurt was. This was a meal, why are you serving it separately? After the Chicken Tikka was served we waited 15 MINUTES for the rest of the dinner to be served!! By then the Tikka is COLD! After lentils and bread we were still missing the yogurt and asked numnuts (a male waiter, since female was MIA) and got the deer in headlight look (what yogurt)?? Ten minutes later he brings us a tiny dixie cup (as in photo 2), and says "we didn't charge you for the yogurt". (Oh geee, thanks!! Like he was doing us some big favor. ?). At the end of meal we asked for tinfoil to take home the naan bread and THAT took another 10 minutes!! Bottom line (and we are not prima donnas): for $100 dinner we expect the basics, decent food and waiters that are attentive and CARE about their customers and food. We will never return to this low class place, I'm truly embarrassed for them and I don't think they'll be in business much longer because the place wasn't even that busy on a Saturday night. ? FYI, we brought our own bottle and the corkage fee was $20. Parking was plentiful (empty) and free (probably the only positive).

The food was okay. I wasn't disappointed but I wasn't thrilled. The service was extremely slow. I feel like it might have been the first day for the waiters and I was with small children which I don't think the establishment liked. We arrived at the start of dinner time. The place was empty yet a handful of other people who arrived after us received their drink and food before we did, which was kind of disappointing. I don't think I would go back or recommend this place to others.
