I haven't been to this place since I was a kid! I know they had a large menu, but I still shook with the amount of options they have for each category. I would give everything a solid 3.5 stars since the service was great, food hit the spot, and of course, the red velvet cheesecake we took to go was the perfect dessert. Nothing really stood out too much, but I can appreciate the large portions and variety in their menu! !

Celebrated my birthday with my daughter today. Asked for a banana cheesecake to go, which is like $12. I get home and the sliced bananas are old, mushy and black. Disappointing.

Service is always amazing. Be sure to sign up for their rewards program. Went for an early birthday lunch and you get a free cheesecake slice during your birthday month. Appetizers are large enough to share. Split them and still had leftovers. The restaurant has an amazing view of the Marina that you can see if seated both inside and outside.

Oh man this is the spot! This place has been a go-to of mine for the last 20 years. They are consistently great, decent prices, wonderful ambiance, just all around amazing. Get the tossed green salad with ranch and any of the salmons. Their ranch is housemade, creamy and garlicy, I love it! Lettuce and veggies are always fresh.The lemon butter sauce that comes with the herb crusted salmon is the GREATEST SAUCE EVER MADE. Ask for that sauce with any salmon you get. Its not just lemon and butter. Its got a depth of flavor and complexity that will make you ooooze out your love. Some white wine vinegar, shallot, creme (thats what I think anyways)The miso salmon is sublime too. A sweetness that isnt like a bbq sauce. It lends itself more to a highly refined teriyaki. Prepared perfectly, not overcooked. Comes with this amazing creme sauce underneath the rice with crisp snap peas, fantastic!My brother ordered the factory combo which he chose steak Diane and chicken Madeira. Steak Diane wasn't bad but the chicken Madeira was much better. Easy to chew through nice Madeira wine flavor, crisp asparagus, and wonderful mushrooms and a nice layer of stretchy cheese.Ambiance is always amazing, lighting is nice and low, place is VERY clean and beautiful. Prices have gone up but still ok for todays standardsI've also had pretty much all the cheesecake flavors. Top three is banana cream number one, followed by red velvet number two, and then the Smore's number three.

Have been to many Cheesecake Factory's but this was my first time at the Redondo Beach location. The group I was with ordered brunch and it was well prepared and very tasty. Our event was held upstairs and the area was very spacious with a view looking into the beach. Parking is valet ONLY but our group validated. Service was prompt and professional.

Picked up I took go order as I didn't have time to sit down for a meal. The parking lot is chaotic and for a fee, but staff inside were super over accommodating and helpful. Love the vibe and definitely will return here.Not to mention the cheesecake selection more than lives up to their name

Came here on a Sunday the day LA was having a tropical storm! Lol! The staff was nice and the food was delicious. Cheesecakes were their usual good! And the meal we ordered to go was nicely packaged. Because servings are huge we usually end up taking half of it home. Server was super nice and she personally packaged our to-go boxes for us.
I frequent this restaurant dine in and togo,but today was the worst I've seen it! First table had ants! Next table had a dirty fork and food all over the floor. My water had something floating 2 times.My dad's wine glass was chipped and cracked. Menus were greasy and sticky. It was so uncomfortable we forgot to order apps.

Nice view along the window. Definitely make a reservation ahead. Food was surprisingly good compared to other Cheese cake factory places. The crispy Brussels sprouts was still on the sweet side, but we all loved the delightful sweetness. I loved my Skinnelicious chicken pasta. Light seasoned compared to the regular one but not blunt. The lunch miso salmon came with a good portion. Kind of surprised with the size of the grilled steak medallions, but they were well-seasoned: Flavorful but not salty. Friends liked their mojito and skinny cosmopolitan.

Not a fan of the mandatory valet parking (you have to pay even if you self park). We had a reservation, seated about 15 mins late. The menu is huge with lots of tasty options, wish there were more combo plates to get to try a variety of entrees. Aaliyah was our server and she was great, friendly, helpful, and provided good service, even though it was busy. The tables were very close together, so it was hard to hear our own conversation over the very loud table next to us. Great views of the harbor (beautiful sunset!). Kinda pricey, but most entrees gave good sized portions.

Customer service is terrible. Ordered a takeout order through Grubhub and the left out a flatbread pizza. Tried calling the Resturant and they put me on hold for 30 mins each time. Called back 4 times and they did the same thing. Charged me for pizza and the didn't send it. Incompetence all around. Worst phone service I've experienced. Terrible! Don't dine here.
