If they were acting in good faith they would have:- Alternated their lunch hours (they both went to lunch at the same time)- Written the time they would return, then honored that time... but they weren't, so they didn't... ?♂️

I'm only giving 3/5 stars because I LOVE hot dog on a stick and was craving it. If I didn't enjoy the food, I would've given this establishment 2/5 stars or less due to the service. Guy at the cashier said "next customer" to three people before me and took their order swiftly. When I was next in line, he was talking to his coworkers and passed eye contact about three times. I asked if I can order and he said "I was waiting for you." I brushed it off and ignored the attitude but what set off the alarm internally was when he said the sides are unavailable because the oil in the fryer is not to temperature. I've had a deep fryer before and it takes probably 15-20min to get to the right cooking temperature. I would've happily waited even up to 30min for the fries because it's all my toddler eats. But no; he didn't say it will be a longer wait, he just flat out said no fries. And what's crazy is he served someone fries right as he told me it's not available! Like honestly if I didn't get my cheese stick fix, I would've rated this place 1/5!

Sadly this Hod Dog on a Stick was probably one of the worst ones I have ever been to. As I approach the counter the first thing the employee said to me was "I am telling all customers that we have no sides at the moment due to the oil not being hot enough to cook them". I only went their to order the sampler platter for my family but since they couldn't make the fries we only got 3 different cheese ones and a hot cheetos dog on a stick. The main reason why I am giving this location 2 stars is because they told me they can't make the fries but after I ordered I watched as they served serval customers before & after me fries.

Amazing fresh squeezed lemonade, fresh cooked hot dogs and funnel cake sticks.Quality business that is always nice for a convenient snack, refreshing drink, or a tasty meal.Vegetarian options: There are both veggie dogs and cheese dogs if you'd prefer.Kid-friendliness: Kids love it. I know I did when I was a kid.Dietary restrictions: If you're trying to eat keto or low carb you may want to try somewhere else, they pretty much just have fried foods and sweet drinks.

I walked to the counter and asked if I could get another since all of it obviously poured out all over the floor and Stephanie (overweight with a terrible attitude and horrible eyeshadow) told me I would have to pay for a refill. The cup broke before I could drink any and you can’t replace it?!?!? On top of that I am bariatric so I was very much looking forward to the lemonade due to my health restrictions while eating. Will never patronize here again.

Person in charge, taller, beard, wears sunglasses on shift, very unprofessional, unhelpful, shouldn’t be the self reported manager or manager. Ownership is either incompetent or non existent. Lawyers will be reaching out to ownership over lack of cleaning standards, coming from DPH. And discriminatory behavior toward AA customers by the “manager”

They both again stared at each other like they didn't under my question. I asked again and was told 12noon. And ignored. I-Left .

Don't bother going here. I expect sales to go down for this location. No customer service. They don't pay attention to your orders. They don't care about correcting any mistakes that they made. They are indifferent and useless. Whoever owns this particular franchise knows that this is trash as well. All they're doing is just standing around looking at each other instead of providing customer service.

I ltried to order online and use the "tax" discount of $4.18 however when I went to check out online I kept receiving an error code. The store manager was unwilling to give me the discount because she said I would still have it available to use again. That doesn't make much sense because I cannot process any order whatsoever but she said online is different and separate from in store. I'm going to yelp this because I think others should be alerted. I guess I'm as sorry as you guys are Love the food but this is lame
