I’ll start by saying that I am one of those Italians that knows his stuff.I had pizzas from South to North Italy, From New York to Los Angeles but this is “THAT Pizza”, the one that brought me back when I was a 7 years old altar boy in Sicily; the Priest of our small and humble town, on Saturdays, after serving at the Mass, would take us on his car to go eat pizza at a fancy restaurant and this pizza here at “Locale 90” tastes just like that pizza I loved when I was 7 years old. They cook it to perfection, not burned and bitter like many unfortunately do but just PERFECT.The ingredients are more than authentic, they are to die for, they store them well, they don’t taste weird nor spoiled like in many other “authentic” pizzerias.I got a Burrata Pizza, it was so fresh and it really brought me memories. My wife got a Capricciosa and it was great except for the overcooked Prosciutto; please add it 1 to 2 minutes before the Pizza is fully cooked, a premium and expensive product as prosciutto is meant to be eaten raw/to warmed up in order to keep its organoleptic structure.Wine, small but very good selection, I had a primitivo and it was great.Believe me when I say that the average pizzerias in Italy don’t make such good pizzas, only very good/excellent pizzerias make such a good product and at the price these folks make it.I am so happy for having found this restaurant and I will surely be back many other times during the year.Ps. Please add to your “arsenal” if you can a:- Pilsener beer;- 4 Cheeses Pizza (with Gorgonzola dolce);- Truffle Pizza;- The ingredient Speck Alto Adige (almost nobody knows it outside Italy, it literally is a lightly smoked and spiced Prosciutto) can be added to mushrooms, Radicchio, Gorgonzola, walnuts, etc..

I was about to eat there but..They let people with animals visit this place, but they don’t let delivery guys wait inside.. who they think they are? There was no clients when it happened. That guy say’s deliver it yourself than and left, and I agree with him! This people help them making money and that’s the way they appreciate it.That’s crazy.

One of my favorite pizza establishments. The service is wonderful and attentive. The food is amazing. I come for the pizza, my wife, the salads... drinks are very good and moderately priced, and they don't disappoint! In or outside dining. After your meal you can walk it off in beautiful Riveria Village...lots of shops. Neopolitan style pizza that is out of this world. I can eat a whole one, but it can be split btwn 2 people.( You'll want it to yourself, trust me.)

I have been here many times and have usually had a great experience. Last night I placed an order for three pizzas. The total was almost $80. I called in my order and while they asked me for my name, they didn't ask for my number. When we arrived 2 of 3 pizzas were ready. Apparently, the fig is now out of season so there's no fig pizza. That would have been fine, had I been told on the phone when i called or called back about a replacement.I was not upset about the fig not being available as much as I was upset that the 2 other pizzas being cooked without idea of what was to happen about the third pizza. So we had to order the third after the others were done, which left us with 2 cold pizzas we had to reheat when we arrived home. 20 minutes to heat the oven and cook the pizza after the other was already eaten.Worse yet, we did not get a refund for the difference. They offered us a soda instead, which made no sense since we left one friend waiting on the pizzas while we drove off to get drinks from the store down the street, because pricing and lack of parking.Point is, we went home with 2 cold pizzas and 1 hot lower priced pizza and waited twice as long. No refund and nothing to make up for the wait or the cold pizzas. All of us were upset, but did not want to ruin our night by making a scene over it. They were made aware of the price difference while ringing my friend up and ignored it. She asked about it, but no one thought it would be a big deal to charge her for all 3 before the 3rd had been decided on yet. (I was around the corner, in my car with my hazards on, looking at the menu while she was on the phone with me after she paid). Just would have been nice if they had thought of asking for a number in case this happened, but even more so that they would have only charged her for the 2 they actually cooked and not a third that didn't exist. And even further, giving her the refund when she asked. Not a soda we didn't need.Very sad this went the way it did. Didn't give off the vibe this shop normally gives us.

As an Italian being asked where to go to get authentic pizza, I always recommend Locale90 as my favorite go-to option. Not only it is located in a beatiful area of South Bay, the pizza is really well made (and most importantly according to the way it should be)

Consistently delicious food made with authentic ingredients. As a pizza snob from New York, I never imagined such good quality would be within walking distance in Redondo Beach of all places!!

One staff is trying to manage all the tables at rush hour. You need to wait so long to be served.

Was really craving some authentic Italian pizza and found this spot near by. Ordered a eggplant starter that took 30min to get. Presentation & taste was subpar. Had to wait another 15-20min to get my Prosciutto & arguala pizza which was just disappointing. Sauce is sweet, prosciutto wasn't crisped like I hoped & the pizza wasn't cooked properly (soggy in the middle). Forsure not coming back....oh yeah parking sucks in the area, Goodluck

I have been to this place a few times over the years and overall it's always been pretty good. Was there last week and my dinner was not that good as it used to be last summer when I went there. Pizza was very thin and super burnt in a few spots, not to mention how much they charged for a bottle of sparkling water and a can of soda.$7 for the water and $5 for a soda. I understand inflation but charging that money for those drinks is a rip off.

Ordered take out from Door Dash . For the price the pizza was just OK , there was very little cheese or toppings , looked like it was “half cooked and thrown together “ . Our Caesar salad had too many anchovies and the meatballs were just ok - we were disappointed for the $65 price tag .
