so starting off the employees are rude as hell they always mess up the drinks in some sorta way today my smoothie was luke warm n pretty much straight water. spend 24$ on a couple smoothies and instead of a smile those tweenager employees just look at you like youre scum of the earth thanks nektar for being royally awful ❤️

I'm appalled by this place I went to go grab something to be specific an acai bowl on my lunch I waited 30 minutes. there were like 4 or 5 customers in the store which I assumed would maybe take 15 minutes 20 so after 30 minutes I said hey I have to go back from my lunch I'll have another co worker come pick it up, turns out they told my other co worker it's been ready for 15 minutes but they didn't once think to tell the person who ordered there food was ready it's shameful I understand why there going out of business

I ordered for delivery and this is the second time that they got my order wrong. I called store immediately after receiving the delivery and nobody answered. I really loved the service here but now I'm tempted to take my business elsewhere.

I got a Açaí bowl that those two dudes took 40 mins to make (there were only three other people in the store) they kept getting confused on what I initially ordered and getting receipts mixed around. Finally I get my order and I have to stop him cause I see him adding specifically what I asked not to (twice) . I saw him notice that he made the bowl too watery so his solution was to add ice, which I would of been okay with. if he knew how to blend it long enough that I wasn't munching on regular sized ice cubes. Like how the heck you gonna make something too watery and full of ice at the same time?? Baffled me. Gave me an extra cookie though (probably because he didn't want to ring it up. I would have had them make me a new one but I had already driven home by the time I noticed that my bowl was basically ice. Don't go here, you're paying extra for poorly made food, the vibes aren't even good.

Wanted to get something small after my workout class, and I saw Nekter in the same plaza. It seems like this setting is for you to grab and go. There isn't too many tables to sit down. We got Acai banana berry and mango acai bowls. Those were so good!! Tip: if you download the app, you can receive a smoothie or bowl for free on your next purchase.

I came today at around 2pm. The girl that was working there was totally alone on a Saturday around lunch time, which results in 15 min+ wait to have a single smoothie. However, what really surprised me today is that they were not taking cash? They have a tip jar with cash in it but she refused to take my cash saying « hum they told me to not take cash today « without an apology or anything. I moved here 6 months ago from Europe and I don’t have a bank account in the US, i always pay in cash and it has never been a issue. If I knew they were not taking cash, I would have order through the app, and « « maybe » » save myself some time.I come to this place at least 2/3 times a month but the service is getting less and less good. If you have any other smoothie place recommendations, HMU !

I'm really disappointed with my experience here. 2 stars because the juice itself was amazing. I got the Green Apple Detox and added orange. Unfortunately the person that took our order at the counter was short with us for absolutely no reason. Maybe just having a bad day? Still tired? I don't know. But we won't come back. You want to be treated kindly when you spend money at an establishment. Quality product can only go so far.

Worst experience ever. First off if you want to substitute fruit for another choice you will be charged $1.50. If you ask for them not to put a certain fruit on and put extra of the fruit that comes on it then this is what you get as seen in the picture down below. (3 pieces if banana and 2 pieces of strawberry). I then asked for my money back and the person working there stated I don't know how to give you that. Huge waste of $10.00. This is an over priced poorly managed placed and my advice is to save your money and avoid this horrible place at all costs.

I ordered a peanut butter bowl online; the bowl is specifically made with Açai puree. When I got to the store, they had just began to make my order, and instead of using Açai, they used strawberry. The issue is that I arrived at the exact moment that they made my bowl and didn't bother to tell me beforehand that they were "out" of Açai. Very unacceptable.

Very very slow service and workers took about 40min to make a couple bowls. When I got the bowls they were melted. When eating into them we kept finding hard pieces of things that could break teeth if you chewed on them.Might be my worst acai experience thus far.

Placed an order for two juice. Says opens at 7am. It's 8am. Nobody here and they still accepted my order online. This is just one of the serval issues I've experienced here. This will be the last. I'm telling everyone I know not to come here.

Great juice but terribly slow service. Every time I place an order ahead on the app they are never on time even when I show up 15+ minutes after it says it’ll be ready. Often they haven’t even looked at the app orders. I’ve left feedback for them before in person and on their reviews and they get defensive and don’t fix it
