Stick to frozen cookie dough. Ugh this is not a high a end bakery. I was so excited. I got my hopes up so heavily just to be completely disappointed. Ugh please save your $$ and just go buy a pack to Walmart and put it in the microwave for heavens sake!!!!!

Ordered 2 single chocolate covered strawberries and turned i they were almost $7.00 each. When I asked the cashier for a receipt I noticed she charged me for 2 “strawberry pies”. When I asked her why, she said “that is what strawberries are labeled”. I couldn’t believe I paid almost $7.00 per strawberry. I don’t think I was charged correctly but didn’t want to argue, look out for overpricing. Never going back. If this is what the real price per chocolate covered strawberries is then I’m sorry, I just think it’s a ridiculous price for the item.

South Bay Galleria's cutest little cookie shop right next to the AMC theaters Last weekend, my boyfriend and I stopped by this small, cozy cookie shop around 8:45pm. We were so thirsty and just wanted some water but we saw the most delicious looking brownies on display and had to try some. A very sweet older woman and older man helped us out that evening and we just HAD to compliment them on their delicious brownies that were so soft, delicious, and comforting. A couple of great people, refreshing cold water, and a small sweet treat was the perfect way to end our day.

So my boyfriend and I checked this place out as we were looking for MRS Fields but woohooo they have way better prices and more variety sweets. The woman who assisted us were very helpful and even made a few jokes that had us laughing. We got the 5 choices and one free sweet ! It was a great deal! There chocolate flavored strawberries are fresh and delicious. Please go and enjoy it is right next to the AMC theatre in the mall.

A wonderful stop for desserts. Had the cheesecake cup and the pecan pie cup and they were both delicious and very affordable. Help was also great, everything looked fresh and tasted really good. Overall a great experience at an affordable price.

So today I worked at the southbay galleria. I finished my shift went straight to the nestle cafe. Than I ordered butterfinger shake and in exchange they give me a vanilla shake didnt notice it till i got in the car. Thank you nestle!! Wouldn't recommend this place honestly.

Just came for the first time to try it and the manager definitely sold us, definitely recommend coming back when I get the munchies again
It was my first time trying this place. I asked for smoothie it was so expensive over six dollar but that's not the case. The drink tasted like the fruit thing they use is expire it really taste so weird and looks like they use honey to make it sweet which actually made it taste horrible. I went back after a minute to see if I can switch it. First I felt like I got bad attitude when I asked to get switched for a different drink they were like oh no we don't do that here we don't switch drinks which is horrible. Bad customer service. Awful services. Drinks are horrible. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

For cookies that cot $4-$5, I would expect quality. These cookies tasted like they were sitting all day...very he'd, crunchy, and to top it off, no flavor AT ALL. I got the peanut butter cup cookie and the cookie did not have any peanut butter flavor. Tasted more like a sugar cookie with cream, than a chocolate cookie with peanut butter. Please don't waste your time, money, or calories on this.

Got a cookie cake for a farewell celebration. The cookie was nice and moist, freshly made. I got lucky to come early in the afternoon to place the order because I thought the cookies were pre made but to my surprise they are made fresh to order. I showed them a pic of what we wanted and it came out pretty. The taste was just like a cookie should be pair it with a cup of milk to bring back childhood memories. Will definitely be coming back. The service exceeded my expectations given the little notice we gave them.

Great customer service! I actually stopped by for a cup of coffee before I heading to the movies but the lady was so nice I end up buy 6 mini cookies (which I felt were too expensive) but I wanted to help and support the business. The coffee was great!
