Ordered a well done pizza it came raw and undercooked I could pull one slice apart I never asked for extra cheese and for it to be so sloppy and not eatable! Great we're starving because they had attitude check the photo does that look well done ? They should have no room for argument!

If you can get through to this location... LUCKY YOU! I even called the other location in Redondo and they gave me the same number. When I call the number that's listed on Google and Yelp it's a recording... how can anyone get a hold of the store? How? This is ridiculous.

I used Papa Johns for a Order Ahead for my daughters Birthday Party .They delivered it 3 hours and 45 minutes early. $131 order. When I called their response, yeah everybody complains because it's a call center. So what do you expect us to do? It's not our fault. I used the number from their website. My husband went to the store with the cold pizzas and they laughed. Do you know why they are laughing? Because I tipped on my card. So that's how they treat customers and also how they solve problems . Yeah we know, everyone complains that's why we are cracking up. Have a great party.

Yes it's chain pizza and doesn't have the gourmet options that little boutique pizzeria's in LA can offer - but they are good at they do..making regular, cheesy, meaty pizza - for those nights when you just want a no-brain takeout.

It had been so many years since the last time I had pizza from Papa John's but this used to be my go to back in the day! I decided to order from here since I had been discussing how good their food is with a Friend and I was craving it. I ordered a 12" Original Works Pizza and a 10 piece order of BBQ Chicken Poppers along with extra Garlic Sauce. When I tell you this pizza was delicious that is an understatement! The meat and veggies were fresh and the pizza crust was soft, warm and pillowy. The Chicken Poppers were a nice side to complement the pizza and there was a side of BBQ sauce to dip them in. What a great meal and a reminder of Just how great the food from Papa John's still is!

The saddest meal ever, when I called to complain I was told that they are told to use bare minimum sauce. Well atleast have the courtesy to not call this a Pizza Bowl. Do not waste you ur money
