Honestly the worst customer service it's so sad. I live down the street and only order when in a rush. I say thank you every time and you get zero response. So sassy and rude. For literal years no matter how many months you take a break from this location. Training is lacking.

honestly love peets ! this coffee hits ! but lately the service hasn't been good whatsoever. the girls working there at 11 am , dont even welcome anyone in, and the energy from them is low. my coffee been to messy and bitter lately. morning not good with this cup.

Peet's coffee is one of the best coffees ever! Can never go wrong with Peet's. Their staff is always friendly and attentive. Too bad they don't have as many locations as I wish. I'm a local dodger shop type of person, but when it comes to Peet's, I'd take it any day!! The best!!
One star is for the restroom...it's so disgusting and smells horrible. Toilet papers/urine all over the ground...Should be a damn negative...!!!!!

As I've mentioned before on previous Peet's Coffee reviews, what I enjoy most is their plant-based menu tab in their app. Very convenient. And of course, their plant-based breakfast sandwich isn't bad.

Great coffee, painfully slow wifi (0.89Mbps down). Actually had to wait for pages to load to send basic emails. Please improve your internet speeds. The FCC considers 25Mbps to be the minimum speed to be considered broadband.
