Wow! I thought I had my finger on the pulse of great food in the South Bay...I was wrong! How could I have missed this place? I ordered from here yesterday and Omg! Delicious! The Large poke bowl was incredible! I was blown away...It was fresh and satisfying and healthy! I have a new go-to!

Not only is the Poke the most fresh and tasty I've ever has, but every person treats you with the utmost respect and friendliness. A must try for anyone that likes Poke!!! This is my go-to for a near home poké spot. When it comes to sushi fish, the price can be expected to be not so cheap, but the amount of stuff given in these portions are great. A medium is definitely enough for someone on an empty stomach, but sometimes a little extra is nice too. The fish is so fresh, and they don't lack on the amount they give. The ordering is one of my favorite parts about this restaurant. They have sheets in front of the store that you fill out, checking off the options for everything you want in your bowl, which you then hand in to make a payment, then receive your food. The parking for this is not the most ideal as it's near busier walking streets nearing the beach, with mostly metered parking around.

Portions are generous and the container is filled to the max. The place is small so seating is limited. The parking is horrible so give yourself time to find parking. The poke itself was good. It could use a little bit more sauce though. Other than that we would definitely be back again.

Feeling heavy and bloated after having In and Out and Roberto’s tacos? Well prepare your taste buds for a fresh, flavorful, yet light feeling meal! Situated by the beach, Poke Rainbow provides an poke experience for any kind of appetite as long as you’re down for fish! ?The experiance starts clipboard and filling out what you like. Three sized to choose from, I got the large and it’s literally a large plate to satisfy the most voracious of hunger episodes. It came with 4 proteins, I chose ahi tuna, spicy tuna, and double doce of salmon. The seafood feels ultra fresh, none of that frozen stale taste here! $2 extra for avocado ? on a bed of brown rice. For sauces, house, ponzu and spicy mayo sealed the deal. The staff is super friendly and willing to answer any questions. All in all, definitely recommend this over a burger or Mexican food. Very similar to Poke One and a Half in San Diego. If you love sushi or are poke aficionado like I am, you will not be disappointed!! Poke Rainbow is surly worth the visit.Parking: Regular metered parking right in front of the shops.

This place was fantastic, very solid quality poke place! Definitely really expensive which hurt a bit but for a treat it's worth the $$.
Got takeout, which took twice as long as the given ETA. After I brought my order home, I found it was missing one of my two protein choices, as well as 3 sides/toppings - 2 of which cost extra. I was hungry, so I still ate it. Good poke, but a waste of my money to get less than what I ordered, and nobody likes spending $22+ on disappointment.

HANDS DOWN BEST POKE SPOT Super premium ingredients. Amazing toppings and the fact that you can pick more than one talking and all you want is amazing. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. And location is very clean and a prime spot. One staff member, Jessica went out of her way to make sure our pokey bowl. Asked if we could have a separate scoop of small white rice on the side for our special needs daughter and they were more than accommodating. Thank you Jessica for the best bowels !

I love this place, but today we ordered 3 small poke bowls and asked (and paid) for extra pineapple and eel sauce), but when we got home abs we were ready to eat noticed that there was barely any pineapple on any of the bowls and only 2 small tubs of eel sauce) and just a few drops of eel sauce on the bowls. Hopefully it won't happen again!

As someone who worked at a poke shop, this place had me amazed. The ordering system, customer service, portions, and quality of food were all excellent. I will definitely be coming back the next time I'm in town. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to try poke, exceeded my expectations and then some!
