Came in for the bottomless root beer floats and fries and left decently surprised! I haven’t been to a Red Robin in forever so I didn’t have any set expectations. I ordered the Bleu Ribbon burger with extra bleu cheese crumbles and steak fries and a root beer float, but also had a chance to try their bacon cheese fondue and freckled lemonade from a friend. The burger was well cooked to my preference, and had a decent presentation. They gave a good first portion of fries and the root beer float came in the large cups for an enhanced presentation. Great service from our server and staff, and was able to split the payment with ease. A really cute spot, especially with the mini fair the SouthBay Galleria is hosting so we were seated with a view of a Ferris Wheel. I also learned they have painted baseballs in every location that mimic the American flag which is cute. Loved it!Parking: Can be somewhat difficult to park in the very front unless you come near closing, otherwise you can park in the SouthBay Galleria’s designated parking lot.

I'm not sure if this is the last Red Robin's ? in Southbay, but it has to do better. The people weren't rude but just not happy to be working there. I used to take my mom there for lunch many years ago and found I to be a wonderful dining experience. I know it's not a 5-star restaurant ? but the host and service were always very attentive. To be honest, it was almost like a grab and go fast food spot. Do better. You once knew better.

We ordered online and food was ready when we got there. Google says there is curbside pickup, but you have to go into restaurants to get food. Impossible burger and pig burger were good, sort of alot of sauce. The fries seemed sort of off. I think next time we would eat in.

Hungry for a good Burger and fries we ended up here because another favorite location was closed (too bad for them) and Red Robin usually satisfies that craving.You just cannot go wrong with their variety in burgers and of course the bottomless fry options are awesome.Most locations have the same quality in service and great tasting burgers on the menu and this location didn't disappoint.I got their Blue cheese burger and bottomless sweet potato fries, wifey got their Impossible burger, bottomless fries, and last but not least our daughter got their bacon cheeseburger with bottomless fries as well.All of our burgers were delicious and satisfied our hamburger cravings.The restaurant was clean, organized, and our server (young latina queen with light makeup and nails did quite nicely) was accommodating with her excellent services.I have to add that their service was quite pleasing, very polite, professional, and even the manager checked on us and accommodated us with a simple request and that means everything to me.Great job with the service here Red Robin!You guys get a 5 stars up, down, and all around!Sorry guys I took only one photo of my burger because we were too hungry and went straight to eating after our meal arrived.

Honestly just a horrible experience and it's at the fault of management and corporate. The entire restaurant is designed poorly and WAY too crowded. My coworker and I's feet kept touching the whole time and there was barely enough table room for 2 plates. The crowding made the place very raucous too so my coworkers order specifications were ALL incorrect. Every item he recieved wad wrong. I enjoyed my meal in an uncomfortable sear but his meal was ruined for sure.

The service is good, burgers and always just ok. Fries are good. The pizzas looked good, we did not have one though.
Can never go wrong with their burgers especially avocado and bacon burger. Made it protein style and it was so delicious!

Nice clean. ambience is chill. food took a little too long, and portions are questionable. I ate there when it was pouring outside. there was maybe 3 people. food too long. I had to asked for my mineral water 3 times. I keep getting ice on my drink even though I didn't asked for Ice three times.
