Average experience but expected more for the price. Not a whole lot of variety in menu options and food was fine. But for what you pay, you would expect more quality. Plenty of other options of restaurants on the same street that can provide an overall better experience for a better price.

Top shop. Cold drinks and top+ food. Service great. Nice to sit half outside with a spotlight on your head. Food is worth the money.

I had the pleasure of dining at Rivera House, and it was truly an outstanding experience. I ordered the California Benedict, and it was nothing short of amazing. The blend of flavors and freshness of the ingredients made it a delightful choice. My dining partner went for the standard breakfast, which was solid and satisfying.Even the little ones had a fantastic time with their waffles topped with berries – a sweet and wholesome treat. The emphasis on fresh, quality ingredients was evident in every bite. The service at Rivera House was impeccable. The staff was attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. The ambiance of the restaurant was lovely, and we enjoyed some great people-watching as well. This is a place I’ll undoubtedly return to.

Went in for quick bite to eat in afternoon. Very nice place for a comfortable, well serviced lunch. Zack was awesome as our server. As far as food goes, the smash burger was the bomb! It was so good, and I was so hungry, I forgot to take pics...gives us another reason to come back! Drinks are also very reasonably priced. On the day we went, it was happy hour all day. Will bring friends back and highly recommend.

The food, service, atmosphere, are amazing. I will go back for the cocktails. A place that cuts their own ice usually has great cocktails, and Riviera House is not the exception.

I've been to this restaurant over 5+ times in the past years yet sadly I must leave this review based on my visit last Friday (10/20) for drinks and appetizers. Service was good and the staff did a great job on that front, however my husband and I fell down with a bad case of food poisoning after eating here. We had no other food that evening so it was definitely what we ate at Riviera that did us in. Our whole night and the next day was miserable, throwing up and feeling awful from the food that we ingested. I'm not sure if it was the oil the food was cooked/fried in but this has not happened to me in ages and I eat all over the world. I would like to consider this spot in the future as they have some good selections on their menu and nice wines, but after our experience will be seeking out other options.

Food had some serious flavor. Unfortunately the portion was small and for the cost it was pretty steep.Service was fluid & very personable.

I agree it's a bit of a tourist trap. The atmosphere is nice and the wait staff are incredibly friendly, but the food isn't very good. Panko brussels sprouts didn't actually have any panko and the carne asada tacos were really disappointing (in flavor and texture as well as the quantity of guacamole added for an extra charge). The fish and shrimp tacos were fine. All in all, too expensive to be this mediocre.
