One of my favorite places for breakfast or lunch in the Riviera. Wonderful beach views outside, great food, and excellent service. The Mediterranean Omelet and Quinoa Salad have been favorites of mine for years.

I recently dined at Sacks on the Beach and had mixed feelings about my experience. The food itself was quite delicious, with a variety of flavors and well-prepared dishes. However, I was disappointed with the service. The young girl attending to our table was incredibly rude and seemed disinterested in her job. It was evident that she lacked professionalism and didn't put much effort into ensuring a positive dining experience for us. Despite the tasty food, the poor service left a sour taste in my mouth. I hope the management addresses this issue to maintain the reputation of the restaurant.

Smoothies on point! Sandwiches delish! Service, meh.Went on a boat outing/picnic with my bestie and her friend during my biannual visit. The service, just is, but the amazing Turkey Sammie and peanut butter protein smoothie we delish! Felt like home and the fruit on the side was fresh and seasonal!We go here at least once for a snack each visit. I do enjoy the outdoor space and the outdoor vibe is nice. The indoor vibe is just a little blah. Regardless, their food has never disappointed.

It was my first time eating here today and it was a pleasure. What captured my attention was a stunning board with the selection of food and drinks. It had beautiful hand writing and cute pictures. It matched the cafe's ambiance. Inside I was greeted by a lovely young lady with black hair, she provided quick and efficient service, while making me feel welcome. The pastries and coffee I ordered were delicious. A thousand percent would recommend eating here. Great staff and food.

Food, service and ambience was wonderful. We had celebrated a very special occasion and our waiter was very accommodating, friendly and gave wonderful recommendations for us! We will defiantly be going back and excited to try the other Slay restaurants in Manhattan Beach as well.

The only thing I enjoyed here was the service. They were very nice and informative about the ingredients.I ordered a soy chorizo wrap with egg whites. I don’t remember what it’s called, but the food presentation was not appealing at all. It was wrapped in paper, and because it was extremely oily, the paper stuck to the wrap. It was very difficult to get the paper off so I could eat it. The food was very bland, even when dousing it with the green salsa it didn’t make much difference. I also ordered a lavender latte. They make their lavender syrup in-house, but they make it with Stevia. I’m not sure why they don’t use raw cane sugar when they have it on the tables. Much like the food, the lack in taste is what was disappointing.

I ordered a breakfast bagel from this place and I was disgusted by the quality of the food I got, I had ordered avocado for my bagel and it was basically bad already it was dark and the bacon on my bagel was old and tasted really bad it was hard and just as if it had been sitting there for a couple of days and they just reheated it the eggs had no flavor it was tasteless no flavor really I've ordered from Noah's bagels and those bagels taste wonderful there and you can tell the quality from the bagels there to the bagels from this place it's not fresh at all I had to throw all the food and I wasted my money and time since I doordashed it, so please don't waste your time going to this place and get disappointed.

With so MANY options in the Village, don't waste your money here. Coffee drinks are watered down, pastries are substandard, and the overall condition of the place is worn. Cleaning supplies are strewn about, and the dining areas (inside & out) look like the storage closet overflowed and spilled into the cafe. Feels as if they've given up, and are solely depending on their location to bring in business. I really wanted to give this place another chance after being disappointed the first time. Looks like the last time for me.
Vegetarian options: Excellent food options, close to the beach and good service. The cook is passionate about her cooking and it shows in the quality of the dishes she prepares. Freshly baked items and great coffee add to the experience. Parking is an issue.

Great and fun little breakfast and lunch spot, feet from the Esplanade and Rivera Village. Lots of breakfast options and lunch options. One of my favorites is the South of the Border bowl. It's got eggs, avocado, turkey sausage, tortilla strips and an amazing salsa. A definite must try! I also really love their soups. Especially, the chicken tortilla soup. They have a pretty extensive menu for such a small and compact location. The manager, Carla is really friendly as is their entire staff. They are only open for breakfast and lunch, so give this place a try next time you are in South Redondo Beach

The go to spot before we go on a walk to the beach! Our order is always the breakfast in France, it so good. Would be nice to have more of that jelly in there lol. It comes with a small portion of fresh fruits. The coffee lately though hasn't been good. We usually get black coffee and it's been tasting like water down black coffee. Service is good, workers are very polite. We like to eat outside, sets out the vibes :)
