My wife is a regular customer, but is going else where mostly now. They need to stop the charging stations because now a lot of Homeless people are taking over the tables and especially in the evenings! They get a lot of people just sitting there for ever on the computers so you have to pickup your coffee and leave. Most of these are the same people all the time and have 1 cup of water or a cup of coffee during the whole time? Her other favorite Starbucks in Torrance has pulled all their charging stations. One regular Homeless women today was there with a large suitcase and 3 backpacks and was charging her phone??? So we both have stopped going there at all together and we live near by.

This has to be one of the friendliest and most pleasant staff groups in a coffee shop around the entire area! The first time I visited this establishment, I was floored at how happy and quick the staff was. Then I came back two more times and found the other staff workers to be just as kind and speedy, if not more so. I don't like Starbucks coffee because it's usually burnt so I only come here for the teas - which are absolutely delicious! If all Starbucks were run like this one, I would be much more inclined to frequent their establishment. Big shout out to the staff here: thank you for making my (albeit sporadic) visits so pleasant here!

The management at this particular location is terrible. Items as simple as chai or cup carriers are consistently "sold out" and the staff is far from apologetic. Terrible customer service. Thankfully there are several locally owned coffee places nearby.

Look: I'm sure plenty of the baristas would be nicer if their leadership was nicer. But they have management (at least two that I've been around so far) that make it apparent by their tone of voice and facial expressions that they hate customers. They're passing on that nonsense as the culture of the store. These people are rotten to customers. They act like they're doing you a big favor to take your coffee order, even if it's something that doesn't have any modifications. And I've seen people with legit complaints be responded to with pure annoyance and sneering dismissal. Why go into customer service if you hate people?

Honestly only sharing this 5 start review because the service was the best from any other Starbucks I’ve been to lol. I haven’t gotten my drinks yet and tbh idc if their nasty the service will make up for it ?

I go at this place every Sunday and all the servers are super nice, today there was a new lady Christy, so rude...after she heard my strong accent, she acted like she was talking with a "special " person, she was very discriminative and offensive, she makes me feel very embarrassed..When I told her: Ma'am don't act like that because "I totally understand and speak English very well" a lovely server came out to me saying...I really like your haircut...Please teach your workers how be respectful with others thanks

Service is the best I have seen. Food is good but sometimes they are rushing things and food is not hot enough.

I was at this location this morning & the person who took my order was very friendly & welcoming. However, There was a barista who was very rude & had horrible customer service. I asked for caramel drizzle (which I ordered) and she gave me the impression of anger & irritation. It’s like I’m paying for this so I don’t understand the issue. The young barista definitely needs to be taught some manners.

The baristas at this location in Riviera Village are always friendly whether you're a regular or a first timer.Staff recommendations are fun too, it's good to get off of the "usual". Earlier today I had a coffee and breakfast sandwich. Both were the perfect temperature.Good background music for ambience while I type away.

The people are always pleasant and make it a point to give you eye contact and greet you. Although my preference of options is not always available, my option "B" usually is!
