My husband and I took a friend to introduce her to the the Cheesecake Factory because she had never been there before. I was embaressed and very upset with the service and managment yesterday. We got there at 2: 30 and had to wait a few minutes for a table to be cleaned which was fine. We were seated and it was at least 25 to 30 minutes before someone came to the table. We were given our drinks and we gave our orders. I ask for some bread and was told it wouild be 15 to 20 minutes before more bread was out of the oven. I said then bring it with our meal. We waited another 30 or 35 minutes before they came with the food. My friend and my husband got thier food and I ask where mine was and they said we will be right back. ( a different guy than the one we gave the order to.) they came back and said all orders were out of the kitchen. The guy that took our order came to the table and said I misunder stood I thought you were going to share a meal. I asked why he thought that and it was because we ordered the same thing. He said he could reorder but it would take a while. I said no just give us a refill on our drinks and forget reordering. we left at 4:15 and never got refills or bread. as we were leaving a guy came with 2 baskets of bread and sat it on the table. A few months ago we were there with my inlaws and they brought the wrong food to my brother in law. Thier excuse was they dont have enough workers, If that is the case you should not allow more customers in than you are able to serve properly. I dont think I will be going back to the Cheesecake factory.
$5 to park even if you don't valet park!??? Food was good, service was good, view of harbor was nice. The parking is a rip off. Website states self-parking is free. One of their valets said it's $5.00 even if you park yourself. I called and brought it to one of the staff members' attention.

Wonderful experience for my 40th birthday and waiter was exceptional. Always come here for birthdays and me and hubby's anniversary. Love the atmosphere and food. Definitely recommend coming during the week to avoid wait times:) my favorite cheesecake is the cherry chocolate cheesecake. Chef's kiss! Perfect night!

Great location on the water in Redondo Beach. Beautiful views of King Harbor. That’s the best part. A big wait so we luckily got a table in the bar. Nice waiter and he did a great job. But the food is pretty awful and almost no choices for vegetarians and vegans. I wonder if they would still be viable if they stopped selling gift cards. I usually only post positive reviews. Great views. Over priced mediocre food.
The food is always amazing here and the service is one of a kind. I highly recommend checking them out when you can.

I'm conflicted about the service choice. The waitress was superb..the kitchen service wasn't good. Food was almost an hour after ordering. The fries came 15 min after the burgers, the shrimp scampi had no flavor. The manager said the chef was "off." Meaning, not focused! It was a birthday celebration. They compensated the birthday person with a slice of cheesecake, ice-cream sundae (there typical favor), and bread. I choose to go to Cheesecake closer to home in MDR.

This place is busy, yet we received extraordinary and timely service. Our salad was scrumptious and large enough for my husband and I to share. We had to leave room for our entrees (smile). Lemonade is fresh and refreshing, simultaneously.

I had recently had a bad experience with the Cheesecake Factory in Rancho Cucamonga. Paul changed my perspective on Cheesecake Factory. This will be my go to location from now on!!!
