I used too like going there on my lunch breaks but after today, all I wanted was a side of noodles that was it … she told me ( we can’t do that) like I get it I work in the area and I know that businesses in the mall hasn’t been that great but to turn away any type of money is just ridiculous so I don’t think I’ll be going there for a while

They sold us old food and can be tasted. The chicken was over cooked and hard. The rice has lots of hardness like pebbles. Will not be coming back here.

Way to expensive and rude owners that are very stingy with their entrays .

I used to eat a lot whenever I was here but the lady is so rude. Even after paying for my meal when I asked for a new container cause mine leaky she just said “no!” And waved me away. Why give out leaky containers? So rude. I would give them a zero if I could.

Very good food . The service was great and fast .

When a restaurant chooses to sell old food to customers, the selfish greed sabotages what's left of their business. I had the chicken, beef, shrimp combo with rice and noodles; ALL OF IT WAS OLD, AND TASTED HORRIBLE, INCLUDING THE SO-CALLED SALAD, WHICH WAS JUST LETTUCE WITHOUT DRESSING!!!

I was disappointed to learn that Tokyo Grill only allows Gyoza and other favorite items to be exclusively purchased with a main menu item and not on its own. This policy seemed inflexible and inconvenient, especially since I was only interested in trying the gyoza. While the rest of the menu seemed appealing, I left feeling disappointed and frustrated. It would be helpful if Tokyo Grill could consider offering more flexibility with its menu options to accommodate different preferences and tastes.

Ate here after work. Ready to watch a movie at the Galleria. Just ok. Bowl was small and it was just average. Not fresh. Customer service was good. It's your average beef bowl with not enough meat. Just ok for a fast food. This is at the food court 3rd floor.

Tempura udon was amazing! Crispy tempura shrimp and not so salty soup with the just right amount of seasoning. It would be even better if yellow raddish is replaced with seawee. It was under 10 bucks after cash, which is rare these days. Will come back.

I asked for #2 and she couldn't accept that.. she kept saying #10.. she didn't change my order. I even showed her 2 fingers for#2.I don't appreciate that... i paid and didn't get#2 lol. Food is trash.. save your time and money.. go to better places.. this place is not worth it at all.

Don't eat here, first of all really disrespectful, second not clean( person that mapping the floor made my dish right after),the food was cold and old, taste of beef was awful, there is a reason people gave them bad reviews,?
