They're cinnamon & pizza pretzels are bomb & I have only ever had friendly staff help.

Customer service is horrible!!! The female cashier always has and attitude and apparently doesn’t like to answer questions. 12/21 1:50pm she needs to do better.

Warning: Do NOT purchase an E-gift card on the mobile app. I did so on 10/30/22 and received an email with the code and instructions how to add to my app account. The app doesn't recognize the code received (hence I lost $15). The transaction hit my credit card so I guess I have to pay for it even though didn't receive an e-gift card code that was valid. Very disappointed as kids and I used to go to wetzel pretzel often (will no longer be the case).

I love Wetzels but my last few visits have been awful. We like to buy them to take the the movies at the South Bay galleria...once more they were hard, cold...taste like they were days old. I had to throw all of them away...AGAIN. Way too expensive to purchase and throw in the trash.

I can never say no to a hot pretzel. But one thing about them. If they are not super fresh it will make a big difference.

Terrible pretzel bites they were all hard and gross so I brought them back for new ones and they gave me another bag of some more hard pretzel bites that weren't much better than the first batchI won't be going back to that pretzel place wetzel pretzels in the galleria hard and gross

It’s 3:40pm and I’ve been waiting for 20 minutes at the Wetzel Pretzel Kiosk with no staff in sight. Maybe the employee went to lunch or completely abandoned their shift. Either way there is no signage that the employee has left or will be back. Completely unprofessional.
Went there today. I asked for a pretzel with salt. I love a pretzel with salt. When I got home, took the pretzel out of bag, it had MAYBE a dozen grains of salt. I checked the bag to see if salt had fallen off. Bag was clean of salt. Come on guys. You do one thing. Pretzels. At least get that right. Won't be going back.

Had an amazing experience at this location. Me and my family visited the kiosk at the first floor. Our cashiers name was Kale, he was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend this location. Pretzels where delicious and fresh and my kids loved the cini bits.

I sometimes got food a little old but I love the pepperoni & jalepeno pretzel so much w/ cream cheese that I never minded it... but tonight I got burnt/ too dense and dry cinnamon bites. Very disappointed.

The staff is always friendly. If you're looking for any treat or pretzel item in particular that's all out, they'll make it for you upon request. It only takes about 20 minutes of waiting, which flies by in the mall! They also have great deals on their mobile app. I'd definitely recommend this location.
