Very cute to-go place. Perfect for a quick lunch pick up especially if you work in South City. I got the unagi with egg (savory with a hint of sweetness) and takoyaki which were both hot and fresh! I want to try the fruit sando and pork sando next time.I purchased it at the Kei Sushi location.

Cute idea -- we have so many taco trucks around the area but rarely do you see a Japanese based truck, so when I spied this coming out of Safeway, I was eager to try it out! Service is friendly and welcoming. We ordered the Tonkatsu sandwich $8 and fruit sandwich $6. Unfortunately the first fruit sando I got smelled a little funky, like the bread was old. I actually brought it back to exchange for another one because the banana slices had also turned brown. She said they made them fresh but was also gracious about letting me pick another one. This time I made sure I picked different fruit. The Tonkatsu sandwiches come with a lot of sauce so be aware if you're not into that or if you have to transport and can't eat it right away. It's one sandwich cut into 4 squares. Their truck is basically a tiny trailer so they're just taking precooked Tonkatsu and warming it up on the frying pan. Unfortunately there were two squares with the middles still slightly cold. This is probably fine for kids after school but I don't know that I would enjoy eating it as an adult. Food is okay but service was great. I appreciated them letting me exchange a sandwich.

It's delicious. I highly recommended this food truck. I loved their curry. It's quite hard to find a good japanese curry.

So so so lovely! I believe this is a family business and the customer service was quick, comfortable, and friendly. The mother-daughter duo looked so happy working together at their business! The owners are really sweet to this little girl who came to buy the Sando and it's worthwhile to come to support a business that is kind to the young or elderly. The food tasted amazing and I loved the star-shaped cheese in my curry sauce. I have never tried a Fruits Sando before and it exceeded my expectations! It gets pretty hot during the afternoon so I can't imagine the heat for the owners in the truck. I hope they have fans inside! Overall, please come by and support them!!

What a delightful food truck! I had the chicken karage donburi and it was surprisingly fresh and delicious! Perfect Japanese rice and delicious sauce. Friendly service with a smile

Owned by your favorite local sushi spot, Sushi Kei (down the block), this duo is not only kind, but also passionate about their food (30+ years of experience here).Tried the Unatamadon (eel over rice). - Rice perfectly cooked, sprinkled with some furikake for extra umami- Eel beautiful texture & taste, as well as the sauce- Tamago is solid & subtly sweetCan't wait to try more here.

I was driving down towards Millbrae and this little food truck caught my eye. It just so happened that I really wanted a fruit sando as well so it made perfect sense to try the food offerings here. The truck is tiny, one person takes the orders and one person is making food in the back. Super sweet people and friendly service. They have daily lunch specials as well but I just wanted a snack so I got the fruit sando with original cream (they also have matcha but sell out quick!) it was packaged so carefully with fresh fruits sandwiched in between two slices of the softest milk bread ever! It was such a refreshing, lightly sweet snack. The rice balls come with 2 pieces and I got the salmon and tuna mayo. I liked the tuna mayo taste but the salmon could've used more flavor. Overall the rice was PERFECTLY cooked, rolled in seaweed bits, and then topped with cheddar cheese "eyes". Super cute! I'll be back for their other lunch items next time.

Today's special Chicken Karaage Donburi, and it's absolutely delicious! There services is 10 out of 10 extremely friendly. Very spacious area with lots of parking and the location is at Millbrae El Camino, by Safeway you won't missed it.

Omg guys this is such a cute lil place, not to mention how NICE they are!! Great service, the girlie was super kind and sweet. Their menu is all anime themed and I will definitely come back to try everything else.My order: Chicken Dragon'z curry - It had cute lil stars and a dragon ball made out of cheese, I was obsessed. The chicken and the sauce was so good, so flavorful and tasty. (warning it's like mild spicy)Fruit Sando - I was able to choose which one I wanted ahh they were all too cute!! Super soft and delicious, the filling is like a sweet cream.

Saw the truck on my way to work so I came by on my lunch hour to try it out. I ordered their chicken karaage special and the #5 Onigiri. For the price it tasted great and came out fairly quick. My only gripe would be their noisy generator in the back, but that had no effect to the quality of their food and service. It can also be fixed in the future so no real complaints. Overall great little spot that I will be revisiting.
