Out of Oreos, even though a ton of their menu items are made from Oreos. Completely out of any Oreo ice cream flavors. Come on!

I don't like leaving negative reviews, but this one takes the ice cream cake. This Baskin Robbins seems confused between being a Togo's and an ice cream shop. There is a lack of management and accountability. I ordered an ice cream cake for my son's birthday a week in advance, paying for it online. There should have been no issue, right? However, they completely forgot to make the ice cream cake, and nobody had an answer as to why. What kind of place can't handle a simple online order? The staff member apologized but couldn't refund my money. Instead, she gave us a small ice cream cake. Unfortunately, this was for a kids' birthday party, and the disappointment was huge. Reluctant to force the issue at the time, I decided to address it later as advised by the employee. However, playing phone tag with them for a couple of weeks did nothing. Frustrated, I contacted corporate, but they couldn't assist me until I provided the store's corporate "number." When I called the store to get the number, they refused to give it to me. It was unbelievable. After a month of trying to reach corporate, I finally spoke with a helpful employee at corporate who knew which store it was. Eventually, the owner of the Baskin Robbins contacted me, and I was finally refunded. It's concerning that the owner doesn't even live here, casting doubt on the management of this place. I feel sorry for the employees. Anyways, TLDR - This location is poorly managed, it's a confusing mix of Togo's and an ice cream shop, and they forget to make ice cream cakes for kids' birthdays. No waffle cones but plenty of advertisements about waffle cone specials. No banana, therefore no banana split which is why I chose Baskin-Robbins. I received a bunch of we don't have.

Inconsistent closing hours. They will be closed even though the time on their doors says they should be open. The owner gives very small scoops

Went in for a birthday sundae with my friend. Ordered 2 two scoop hot fudge sundaes. First the woman behind the counter scooped 2 large scoops of ice cream into the cup. I reminded her that we were getting sundaes as she tried to hand us the first cup with the scoops in it. She dumped out the scoops and instead added 2 tiny scoops into the cup explaining that she needed to save room for the toppings. So she re-scoops the smaller scoops into the cup, adds the toppings and hands us the sundaes. However, that was when we noticed that our hot fudge sundaes also had strawberry sauce in them with extremely mushy strawberries. We asked the woman why there were strawberries and she completely ignored our questions and just asked us to pay. We asked again and again she just ignored us. Good thing neither of us are allergic. Ended up having to scrape the gross strawberry sauce out of the sundaes. Completely disappointing and disgusting. We then had an issue paying as there was apparently a new payment system and we could pay with a card but then not get our rewards discount or get the discount but have to pay with cash. *sigh* we are definitely never going back to that store.
