Really bad experience, I went to listen Alex Ubago, although the ticket says 9pm, he started at 11.30pm. Now, that I am checking other reviewes it seems this is the usual thing to do. I suggest you mentioned 9am open doors and concert starts at 11.30pm. I WOULD NOT BUY that concert if I would know.We had to leave the concert bf it ends only for one hour… very unpleasant surprise!

I want to begin saying this is NOT a recommended place to attend a concert, at least if you want to enjoy it without being tired for waiting 2.5 hours standing, if you like to drink a lot and listen to loud horrible music while waiting, this is your place.The singer which in this case it was Alex Ubago performed really really great, the wait denifitely was worth it, but the place is just bad, first they don’t have good logistics as they make just one line for the entrance even if you buy VIP which it sucks, and then…. Which is why I am giving them 1 star they state event begins at 9, the event begins at damn 11:30, I think is a scam so you spend money on drinks while waiting, horrible place, never coming. This place just sucks…

Went there for a concert advertised to open doors at 9p, but it did not start until about 11:30p. Based on other comments, eems to be the norm in this place - plan accordingly.They divide the place in 2 sections, VIP and regular. If you want to be and feel part of the concert, you must buy VIP, otherwise you'll just be behind a bar watching others enjoying the show.The music before the concert was ok, but the DJ mixes were a disaster. Maybe someone was being trained then.Prices are normal for a nightclub, $5 soda, ~$10 alcohol.We are very unlikely to come back.

It's the worst place to see a concert. You have to wait two hours for the concert to start. Even though I paid for the VIP, I didn't get a seat. My body hurt so badly that I didn't enjoy the concert. The place is dirty. Very stuffy.

Worst experience. Went to see a band. The event was advertised for 9pm time. Band didn't show till 12am and played for an hour. Everything is way overpriced. There is nowhere to sit unless u buy a bottle. Ventilation was definitely a problem and to top it off servers drop drink in dance floor. No one ever cleaned it up.

Starting from the parking lot, security people deceive customers by saying that their parking lot, which has a price of $20, is the only place where they do not tow vehicles. In addition to that, overcrowding of vehicles enters, hindering the exit of most vehicles, forcing the first vehicles to wait for the last ones to park.In the establishment, they do not search, nor do they ask for ID, anyone can bring weapons and cause accidents in the place.The building is quite run down and the liquor prices are quite high. The place does not offer any type of comfort for the prices they charge.Very bad service in general. Not recommended.

I attended a concert/dance by Marlo Ruiz and the music ? before the big show I HAD NO RELATIONSHIP WITH THE SINGER.THE DJ PLAYED ALL KINDS OF MUSIC BUT NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STYLE OF MUSIC AT THE CONCERT.I THINK THE Dj. He didn't do his homework before work.Parking: Very difficult to find ?

Me and my family came to watch the artist Maelo Ruiz live. I hope he was going to sing at 9:00 pm at night. We didn't see him sing until 12:45am in the morning. Also the DJ equipment was not good at playing music. The floor was also very slippery. He placed buckets and bottles on the floor. It was also stuffy and not air conditioned. Another thing was when in sections they never asked for ID and they didn't check the people if they had knives or weapons on them. Something very dangerous. I don't recommend this place.Me and my family came to see Maelo Ruiz a salsa artist. The venue stated that he was going to perform at 9:00pm. He ended up performing until 12:45am. Mean while the DJ equipment is messed up the music kept stopping. The floor was slippery. There were cans and buckets on the floor. Also when we entered they didn't ID no one. The security didn't even searched anyone to see if anyone had a knife or weapon. I do not recommend this place.
Terrible place, first time I came and I never came back, the singer who was performing left super late at practically 12:30 AM, horror, and the parking lot they rented for us was horrible, not even the car was blocked by several cars, something that is completely illegal, a report should be made for Don't do that since in case of an emergency how can we mobilize! In short, don't come to this place!!!

We ordered two tequila shots, and they charged us $400. How is that possible,The shots were the only drinks we had all night, and we were so bad that the next day, I went to the hospital, and they said that they put some drugs in the drink.I have never done drugs in my whole life.Please, if someone goes there, be careful.

Came to see Los Prisioneros. This place is terrible. Ok, lots security, that was good. The photographer in the annoying pink shirt was a nuisance. The bathroom are labeled Toxicas for females, fieles for men. I felt bad for the band actually. The bar is No class. If you like nice places...stay away.
