The food is nice but the prices are VERY steep. A croissant is now $6, while an apple tart is $8!!!

Great place to go and hangout. Good food and pastries to have them with a cup of coffee. The only complain I have is the customer service from Angie. There has been multiple days that she treat us in a bad mood and bad attitude. Poor service from her.

Not in a location that you'd expect but WOW!!! The food is simple but delicious and the desserts are fabulous. Worth the drive :)

Ordered a very attractive looking bacon quiche... about two bites into it I found some unappetizing noodle-like stands of something. At first I thought its a very rubbery noodle and wondered why this would be an ingredient. But on close inspection it had the consistency of a weak rubber band, stretching and contracting back rather unlike a noodle. My conclusion is its a rubber band that somehow made it's way into the quiche.

This quaint bakery is located right by the Stanford Sleep Center. Chicken Sonoma Sandwich: Their take on a chicken salad sandwich. It had both apple slices and grapes inside. The bread was perfectly crispy and chewy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The side salad that comes with has pickled cabbage with a vinaigrette on the side. The portion is pretty good for lunch. Rouge: Aka strawberry shortcake. This was soooo delicious! It wasn't too sweet and I wish they made bigger slices. Very light and refreshing. Passion cheesecake: The creamy smooth cheesecake with a top layer of passionfruit flavored jam/compote/jelly. A little bit heavier than the Rouge but still a light cheesecake. This is such a great spot to pick up something quick to eat or to treat yourself with some sweet goodness. I really wanted to try some of their croissants but I will hold back my temptation for the next time I visit. FYI, there's space inside to sit down and eat as well!

Ordered over the phone and my friend walked over (was at an appointment across the street) to pick it up. The soup was ok, a little on salty side, sandwich was good along with the fruits and salad and the latte was ok. It's pricey, but understandable with inflation nowadays. I'll try this place again when I'm back in area and try some of the other things on their menu.

Ordered the Banana Crunchy through DoorDash and picked up a Cheesecake Passion for a coworkers birthday as I had a good experience with this bakery in the past. The Banana crunchy was very good, with a good balance between the smooth chocolate mousse and the taste of banana. I couldn't really find the crunchy hazelnut disk, but maybe it got a little soggy from sitting in the for a while (who knows). But overall and very solid cake and would have been 5 stars if there was more of a mix of textures as all I felt was soft cake and creamy mush. The crunchy hazelnut disk would have definitely made a difference. The Cheesecake passion on the other hand was absolutely perfect. The cheesecake was dense, but still very soft and creamy. There wasn't a heavy cream cheese flavor so combine with a light passion fruit glaze, it was super good. Nothing over powered the other flavor so you get a very delicate balance. My only complaint about the particular cheesecake we got was that it was still kinda icy, probably from being in a fridge/freezer as we preordered it. Overall still a very good experience with this bakery and would come here again.

My friend had bought me some of their small cakes last month for my birthday and I thought they were pretty tasty Esp the hazelnut cake and the bamboo cake. I went today to buy a 6inch tiramisu cake for my husbands birthday and I am sadly disappointed. The cake is pretty but it must have been previously frozen because the middle is still a bit frozen now even 8 hours later. There is hardly any flavor maybe because it is on the older side? It was pretty pricey for a 6 inch cake and I was even charged $2 for having them write "happy birthday" I am not sure if the food is just inconsistent or because they don't sell enough of the larger cakes to keep them fresh.

Found this cute little bakery on my way through Bay Road in Redwood City. NOTE: very limited parking with parking on the street. Looks so classy on the outside along this industrialized street so you can't miss it. Service was friendly and got quite busy after i placed my order. I enjoyed picking up one of their quiches on display and also lemon pastry. Service was able to warm up the quiche, which was nice but involved a bit of a wait. The lemon pastry (though a bit dry) is tastier to have a with a warm beverage.

The pastries were fancy, creative, and delicious. Spacious indoor seating and a couple of tables outside (too bad about all the exhaust smell from the road but not their fault!) What a nice surprise in a kind of random industrial neighborhood. Just around the corner from the emergency vet in case you're waiting to pick up your dog.

This is a great spot for your morning coffee and pastry or a healthy lunch! The staff are super nice, a lot of indoor and outdoor seating and plenty of parking as well. Overall a great place to hang out and spend some time at.

Pricey, but delicious and looks great. The chocolate mousse is the best.

They never answer the phone call. I like to call to make sure they have what I want to avoid the 30 min drive. But most of the time I drive for nothing. Please fix your phone or get a secondary one.

Found this little gem today. The guy helping us was really nice and super fast. It looked like he was the only person, but maybe there were people in the kitchen. The quiches and the Apple turnover were good. My cappuccino and my moms latte were also really tasty. Nice foam, and shots pulled perfectly. Also we both had cute foam art, but I covered mine in cinnamon and forget to take the picture. I'll definitely come back again to try all their other pastries and desserts. And great coffee.

Just a note on cleanliness. The attendant was very attentive and helpful. Everyone appear to have a urgency to serve customers promptly but no one really washed their hand. It's a disturbing to see the attendant ring up a customer, insert the customer's credit card into the machine and then proceed to put items into a box of treats for me without sanitizing or washing his hands. Another person who obviously left to pick up lunch, came back, set her lunch on the counter and was ready to help check out customer, again, without washing her hands. It makes me feel a little uneasy seeing how everything unfold without gloves and etc given the rise in Covid cases. Cocolo: Come on! Just don on some gloves or instill better separation of duties where the front staff do not handle food with unwashed bare hands. Regarding the pastries: we tried the tiramisu, mango and passion fruit cake, raspberry cake, hazelnut bar and ham and cheese croissant - none were bad. My favorite is the hazelnut bar but it likely contains traces of peanuts since my husband had a reaction. The cakes were a bit too sweet for me but given the target demographic, it's not excessive. Definitely not as sugary as SusieCakes (my husband's fave. He's from a small town in the Midwest).
