I love these meringues! Add to that that they are a local, family owned establishment and I'm all in!! My favorites are the passion fruit meringues but you can't go wrong with the other flavors! I ordered a large batch to give as Valentines and everyone loved them! They were ready within 2 days of ordering and pick up was seamless once I found the right location!

I was looking for "not-so-boring" options for a dairy-free birthday cake. Kind of challenging to find original dairy-free birthday cakes in the area. Honestly, I wasn't disappointed. I ordered the dairy-free raspberry meringue cake. The cake tasted amazing. Very unique flavor. Until the last minute, i didn't have a clear picture of what the cake would like. I trusted the owner for the design and it came out perfect. They do delivery, which is very convenient. The service was great. I will definitely order again from them.

The raspberry meringues were eaten in one sitting by my family who could not stop popping them in their mouths. I needed a gluten free cake for my daughters baby shower (only 2 guest needed gluten free). After contacting several bakeries, Délice Glacé not only offered me a gluten free cake but it was unique and delicious. She even decorated in the theme that I requested. When I served it, everyone loved it!! Everyone was talking about it. Thinking it was ice cream, but better. The party was a huge success and no one didn't even know it was gluten free. She is so kind and professional, and her background story of initially making sweet desserts for her children that later evolved into a passionate business was moving.I previously had meringues a handful of times from other places and honestly, I can't remember if I liked them or not. However, just by the looks of the products from Délice Glacé, I was sold! I tried the Vanilla, Lemon, Confetti, Rose, Raspberry, and Mini Pavlova Shells. The treats were delivered quickly and carefully packaged, so none of the treats were damaged during transportation. Furthermore, the packaging and presentation of the products were beautiful.Taste wise, all of the treats were delish! I loved the unique flavors and simply cannot choose a favorite one. Additionally, the meringues were light, had a great texture and crunch to it, and were addicting. I couldn't stop at just one! Luckily these treats are guilty-free, as they are gluten free, fat free, nut free, and dairy free!Overall, I am beyond satisfied with the meringues from Délice Glacé. Their treats were lovely, delicious, and unique. Not to mention Délice Glacé is an immigrant and woman-owned business. What a delight to have done business with Azarmeen. She was friendly and helpful in making a decision about which of her chocolate cakes would be my best choice. Can't wait to try her other non-chocolate options....but what is one to do when the birthday girl is a chocolate fan?! We opted for the smallest cake that she makes and only thing I would have done differently is to let it sit out longer than the 25 minutes suggested. Will be back!

This is hands down the best place to get any meringue treats in South Bay. I get a cake for my husband here every year and it is the highlight of his birthday. The cakes are gorgeous and taste incredible. The shop is professional and will customize flavors and design. You have to order cakes ahead of time but they are worth it. Definitely check out if you are in the Bay Area and have a sweet tooth.

This is an overdue review for the best meringue treats and cakes that we have ordered over the last couple of years. We stumbled across this unique treats about three years ago, when we ordered a cake for our mother. Do you have that person in your life who is so picky, nothing is ever good enough for them. Well, with loving hearts we exclaim, that is our mother. She is the pickiest of all pickies in the world. But, for the first time ever in her 72 years of life she exclaimed, that it was the best dessert she had ever had! From then on, we've ordered a few more cakes, had custom chick shaped meringue treats made (for my sons chick themed birthday) and have had many delights indulging in meringue confections. Last order we ordered two cakes and several variety bags of meringues, because (1) one cake is never enough, and (2) meringue treats to indulge in for days to come. If you haven't tried the unique and beautifully presented cakes by Delice Glacé, do yourself, your family, and your friends a favor and order one. It's also great for those who follow a gluten free diet or dairy free diet, which we are not, but know those who do. We know how difficult it can be at times to find a yummy treat that fits those dietary needs, so keep in mind. There are some unique flavored meringues like lavender and rose, and it's our favorite to have during tea time. Now we will go have a meringue from our stash from our last purchase!
