Burnt the pizza the first time. Drove all the way back to pick up a second one. The second one had onions which is a concerning allergen for one in the party (chunks of onions make them sick). Refused to answer and purposely hung up when we tried to call after that. Waited several times, was hung up on and ignored, and wound up waiting 10+ minutes the final time without anyone answering. Horrible service and foods would never go back. This was the posted night, Saturday 3/23/24.

For the price after adding a coupon makes me boost it up a star. I'm not picky and I'm completely happy with your standard chain pizza and wings at that price. Usually they are quick with their order, but they were understandably slammed Super Bowl Sunday. If I'm short on a few bucks she want pizza and wings, I go here.

The menu is delicious. The presentation is delectable. Business hours are perfect. I am A+ fan.Parking: Always parking. Delivery when possible.
I went in a few minutes before they closed and the workers were all on their phones. It was 30 minutes before closing and no one offered me help. I asked if I could order something small and they told me they closed even though they clearly weren't closed. I didn't get to try any food because they would not serve me but if their food is a reflection of their service then I'm glad I didn't order anything. The parking lot was dark, the area is sketchy, and the workers were rude. Go to the Papa John's down the street instead.

I ordered online delivery and it says delivery in 30-45 minutes.. it came an hour and a half later. That explains the burnt cheese pizza. It's not edible so I wasted money on my order. I should've read the reviews first.. ugh! I will never order from here again.. no one should!
Found two hairs in my pizza. The long one was baked in between the cheese and sauce. The other one which looks like a nose hair was on top of one of the pizza slices . They don't use gloves and I'm hoping the hair was from someone's hand/head and not a nose hair and a pube . Last time I ordered wings they smelled like armpit. Some hygiene issues going on in this location. Never eating at this location again.

Ordered online for pick up. Upon arriving there was greeted with a Hello and my order was ready . We ordered 2 different Hot Sandwiches. And the Parmesan Bites. All was hot and very good. And I like the fact it's just over a mile from the house.
