I typically refrain from writing negative reviews, but I am quite disappointed this time. I visited Los Manguitos to pick up some snacks for my family (I got tacos locos, fresas con cremas, and tostilocos). I'm a regular at this place, and whenever I order tostilocos to go, The cueritos, fruta, and cacahuates go in a container while the chips stay in the bag to maintain their crispiness. However, when I received my order, my tostilocos were mixed in together. I politely mentioned that I had requested it to go and didn't want the chips mixed in. Instead of offering assistance, the staff member responded with attitude, saying, "Well, next time, say you don't want the chips mixed in." I've ordered to-go here many times before, and they have always understood my preference. This incident made it clear that the person lacked customer service skills. I wasn't looking for a refund, and there was no need for a new order, but a simple solution would have been to provide another container to keep the chips from getting soggy. Unfortunately, she chose to do nothing. Despite enjoying my visits to Los Manguitos with my family in the past, this incident has left a negative impression, and I won't be returning.

El producto es bueno, pero el servicio es horrible. La atención que te presta el personal es demasiado bajo y no tienen nada de profesionalismo en lo absoluto. No tienen educación y no demuestran mínimo interés por el cliente, por lo tanto no les recomiendo este lugar para invertir su dinero. Si tienen dudas.. vallan a comprobarlo por ustedes mismos y comenten su experiencia! Quizás yo fui el de la mala suerte que me hayan tocado dos muchachas con muy poca educación y falta de profesionalismo.

The ladies here are super rude. We will never give you business again.Better go to the Woodside Road location, they know how to serve people there and know what customer service is. Also everything was warm when it should be cold.The strawberry cream tasted expiredAlso here I saw a cockroach Don't bother coming here, the staff are extremely rude, as if they are doing the clients favor when in fact it's the client that is doing them the favor. They also have roachesThe milk that goes into the strawberry and cream tastes expired.Save your money and time and don't come here

One of the best places to get some Fresas Con Crema, Waffles with your choice of ice cream topped with Caramel, banana, and strawberries. I've tried a few places around the bay area and NO ONE has the thickness of the cream on the Fresas con Crema like this place. As far as the service, yes most of the time there will be a line especially if it's a hot day, but it goes pretty fast and it's definitely worth it.

The people here are extremely nice! Service is quick and attentive. They have 31 flavors of popsicles, all made from real fruit! They had flavors I had never seen before, like yellow cherry.I tried the mangoneada which is mango, frozen mango pulp, chamoy, tajin, and tamarind. It is spicy, sour, salty and sweet all at the same time!Parking is a little tough but you can find it along the street. And, they take credit cards. Like everything in the Bay, it’s kind of pricey - but no more than a smoothie at Jamba juice.I’m going to come back in the summer with friends to get popsicles!

The staff are friendly and efficient and very generous with their servings of ice cream and chip plates. I wish I tried the more exotic guayabana ice cream or sundae with mango + chamoya. Instead I went with a more traditional Glorias with vanilla ice cream, bananas, crushed ice and syrups. The chips came loaded with cucumber, jicama, etc. We went without the pickled pig skin but others who ordered that received heaping pinches of that from the container.

Love this place! We walked in with a giant order for paletas for a party, and they accommodated our request promptly and with patience and smiles. I had a mango paleta right away and was impressed by how big and filling it was, with chunky ripe mangoes in every bite.
Excellent lil dessert ? spot. Had the waffle banana strawberry and ice cream sundae ? ? ?. Sorry no pictures. I ate it all before thought to take a picture ??♂️ it was that good lol

First time trying fresas con crema and it was really good! It's not overpoweringly sweet and just right. It's a very filling treat. Parking is a little tricky with the construction going on that street but not hard to find.
