My worst experience at this pizza hut location. I tried to use my rewards for a free item, but they didn't have that item or any substitutes available. I asked for accommodations so I could get another item of similar value for free or even with a price difference. I was told "That's not a compromise. You can come another day when we have the item."I have frequently filled out the curbside delivery option. NEVER. NOT ONCE, has it been delivered upon. I have to call. At this location they can see you pull up and park in curbside parking. I stopped filling it out. But on this visit, "I'll do it this time but you need to fill it out.", as if it's doing me a favor. If I have to fill it out, then call, then give you the car information over the phone, that's redundant.Lastly, the prices have gone up drastically in the new year and they cut the deals off that I used the most. Let's all be real, it's pizza hut. It's not high-quality artisan pizza made by an Italian chef. Where do you get off charging these types of prices? I'll make my own pizza from now on, it's a better experience.Bonus: they have a potentially racist voicemail. I have it recorded. Ask them about their "chicken wing" song.

EVERYWHERE OUT PIZZAS THE HUT!!!!Terrible service. I asked an employee for a napkin but she told me that I was too ugly to receive service! on top of this I went to the bathroom where there was graffiti and bodily fluids on the wall. Please for the safety of you and your family never waste time here!!!-Karen k

Only once did I get the wrong order. Which is a big deal cause I'm used to sending food back. It just too far from my home with the other location further in opposite direction. I can't eat dairy so others remembering that is a huge deal to me.

I feel odd writing a review for a pizza chain. This review is based on 1 item. The Big New Yorker pizza has always been very good. What makes it so highly rated is the quality and the PRICE. It's $18 (doordash) for a large double pepperoni pizza NY style pizza. If you were to order this from any other place, you're spending at least $30 - $40+.This is a promotional item, but I hope they keep it on the menu.
