I was very pleased as it was my second time attending Selby's- interesting that when I asked if I wanted another glass of wine, I stated no, but he started to pour...I reminded him I said no so he took the glass away....kind of a waste.
The food was incredible. We ordered one of the main prix fixe menus with a wine pairing. This was delicious. Waiters and waitresses served us extremely attentively and graciously. We didn’t realize a pair of twins worked for the restaurant at first because they were so often at our table.The food was also great. A common trope was to include a liquid sauce within a solid shell, such as a pizza inspired pastry with a tomato reduction inside. The dessert (pictured) was also delicious...read full review

The serving staff are very friendly but lacking a little on the familiarity with the dishes. That's the only nitpick I can give Selby's.The flavor and technique totally justified the respect for Selby's approach to classic fine dining.
