“Delicious cold pressed juices! So far I've tried the Apple Beet Pear (red), Glowing Skin (green), and Immunity Tumeric (orange), all of which are sweetened by one or two fruits. The red & orange can be diluted some more if too sweet for your taste. Beets are known to increase VO2 max when exercising, and tumeric an antiinflammatory/good for joints. Can't go wrong if the recipe calls for some type of fruit. Next up, the Kryptonite!“
“Absolutely one of the top choices for lunch, particularly for larger office gatherings. For years, we've been placing orders for about 10 lunches bi-weekly for a recurring meeting, and Erik's consistently delivers delectable, fresh meals accompanied by outstanding customer service.Their practice of labeling each item with the respective names from the order streamlines the process, making it effortless for me to do my job well. They consistently provide all necessary accompaniments like cutlery, napkins, pickles, and more. Overall, a fantastic experience every time.A special shout-out to Eric at the Redwood City location for his prompt assistance today, not just once but twice. Your support is genuinely appreciated!“
“The young man who helped us was great. The empanadas were kind of small and so I ended up getting a half dozen of them . They were good and we'll go back for snacks.Vegetarian options: There was a pretty good selection of empanadas. Not just cold saladParking: The parking in town is mostly paid parking“
“I've tried the Daeho in japantown SF and I've had the Daeho in San Jose...but I feel like this Daeho tastes the best??? I'm not sure if it's the meat quality, portion sizes, flavor or what but this is my favorite location out of all the Bay Area locations.Daeho specializes in galbi-jjim, which is Korean braised beef short ribs in the most delicious sauce. You MUST get the cheese on top because they torch it at your table and it makes for a great IG story haha. I also like to get rice cakes in it. The large size can feed a table of four. The spice level is kind of inconsistent among the chains or even on certain days. I usually get spicy and I thought it wasn't spicy, during my most recent trip. (Maybe my spice tolerance went up? Maybe the chef just made it less spicy?) If you're unsure what spice level you are, I would err on the side of less spicy because you can always add spicy to it later.Aside from the beautiful galbi-jjim, I think everything else on the menu is pretty good. I like to pair my galbi-jjim order with a cold noodle to offset the heat. I think the soups here are so good. Their galbi-tang (short rib soup) is perfect on a cold day.“
“I haven't ordered the food here yet BUT I have stopped in for the boba many times. They have such a unique boba tea menu from mango pomelo sago to tiramisu lattes along with regular boba tea options as well. I'm way more impressed with their boba tea menu and quality than Boba Guys right across the street. There is also a convenient little kiosk at the front where you can input your order which is nice if you're an introvert, are indecisive, or have anxiety ordering things (lol). My only complaint is that I've tried ordering the boba online for pick up a couple of times and the system hasn't worked for me. I'll input my order, get ready for check out, and as soon as I input my card and press finish it says "oops there is an issue". I tried a few different cards (and know my credit cards are fine) and it still does this. Not sure if that's an issue on my end with internet, etc. but it's happened a couple of times. So I'll mostly just order in person and it's fine. The restaurant side has a mom and pop family feel to it. I'll have to try the food sometime soon!“
“I've been coming here for years and the food has always been delicious. I would always recommend coming here to eat because their takeout is always less quantity than what they have when you dine-in. The lunch meals are always a perfect proportion and their dinner never disappoints. There is a plethora of vegetarian options and they are very accommodating to fit dietary restrictions.“
“I love this place!! Such delicious, fresh food and great service. I have dined in before - very clean and nice restaurant with outdoor seating - but now I've been ordering 3x times a week for lunch. I LOVE their new mobile app! Makes re-ordering all of my specific modifications super fast and easy. Highly recommend!“
“If I could give this place an 11/10 I would. I usually don’t give reviews but the food was amazing, the service was excellent and the restaurant was so cute. We had the giants roll, the dancing dragon and the red hearts roll and they were delicious! Fairly priced with an inviting ambiance. If you’re craving sushi this place is an absolute must, we will definitely be coming back!“
“We went to the area with the intent of going to a specific restaurant but that place happened to be closed at the time so we started looking for an alternative. It was serendipitous that we ended up at Noodles and Things.Service was very efficient. Once you are seated, water is provided. From the QR code on your table, you can choose your food from the menu and order directly even without the assistance of your waiter/waitress. For the quality of food served, it was a surprise they prepared it so quickly.Food was amazingly delicious. Their soup had so much meat and portions are huge we ended up asking for take out boxes. The soup is rich, flavorful and divine. The meat is so tender and luscious, the veggies are tasty and fresh. The four of us each ordered different kinds of soup with one appetizer and our total was just below a $100 including tip.Highly recommended if you're craving for Asian soup. Five stars all the way!!“
“My wife wasn't feeling well and was in the mood for some ramen, one of the spots we often go to, Totoro, is closed on Monday, so onto Yelp app for some advice. Placed order online for pickup, it was almost ready when I got there. We were both very happy with our orders, plenty for each of us, and quite tasty.“
“Went for LunchFood - 4/5. Sourdough had good bite to them with nice ratio of crust to crumb. French dip had tender meat with extra umami added by the cheese and spread. Au jus had good beef flavor with just the right amount of saltiness. Mac & cheese was OK. Macaroni was on the softer side and the cheese sauce was very one note. The heavy flavor got overwhelming quickly and needed a stronger palate cleanser than the side of bread.Service - 4/5. Friendly service and food came out promptly.Value - 3/5. Prices are on the higher side with the french dip being $13 and a small mac & cheese $5.25. The prices themselves aren't extravagant given the area, but the portion sizes leaves much to be desired. Every item is a la carte and can add up quickly to make a full meal.Parking - Mall Lot (Free)“
“Best Chinese restaurant in the Bay Area! I have tried Chinese food all over the bay and this one takes first place. I am obsessed with the chow mien and the dumplings. Would 100% recommend. The restaurant is calm and the ambience is very pleasant. I will be back.“
“This place on El Camino is unassuming but definitely worth a visit. I work across the street and never went till a coworker suggested. For sure glad he did. The food is excellent. Some of the best Chinese I've had in some time. Some dim sum selections that I have not tried before. The owner/host was very sweet and kind. She had great recommendations. Would recommend and am definitely going back.“
