Well, I ordered 4 Churros from the app, the app accepted the order and even told me when it was ready. I went in and the lady told me “no churros” cookies. I said I didn’t want cookies, she proceeded to walk in the back without offering a sandwich or anything else. I of course called my bank and the charge, along with a tip, was reimbursed. Don’t use their App and I would even say look for a better, friendlier subway.

Tried out their new footlong sides had the pretzel absolutely disappointed it was not only burnt, but there was no butter on it to have the salt stick to it so it was an absolute let down.

Not a good experience, we used to go to this subway but not anymore. We arrived to see that you can no longer see the ingrediants thru the window. The person could not understand english. The person then could not be understood either. I needed to know if they changed what you can put on your sandwich. I decided to leave and not do business. I went next door to Franklins and paid less money for a very nice sandwich, salad and french fries and drink. Tried to find out who the owner is and why they hire people who cannot speak english. So I am posting this review. Dont go here!

I've been to this location before and my experience has been good till tonight. Upon entering we were not greeted and the lady working seemed like she did not want to be bothered. She kept cutting us off as we were speaking, we felt rushed and lastly she barely put any veggies in our sandwiches.

The store close at 8pm, and while is not even 7:30pm the clerk is on his phone call rejecting any customers from purchasing a sandwich. Ridiculous and irresponsible !

Ordered cold cut combo on Italian herb and cheese and was told they no longer carried it so i asked for Italian. Then he said they were out of cold cuts! I asked for another sandwich at the cold cut combo price but he refused. Finally just left without ordering. Is it true that you no longer make the Italian herb and cheese bread?

I went in to order a sandwich. The person working the counter was mopping, so I waited for her to finish. When she finished, she washed her hands for about 2 seconds (fake wash), then asked for my order.No thanks, not in the mood for mop flavored food. I lost my appetite and walked out.

Need to teach your employees how to properly interact with customers. My underage stepdaughter was ogled when she walked in, and the employee helping her started chatting her up in a way that made her extremely uncomfortable. Will not be returning.
