My husband attempted to call and confirm our reservation for that nights stay . He phoned a few times and there was no answer . Then he was put on hold and it disconnected. I was a little worried about how this evenings lodging was going to go. We arrived and checked in smoothly. The parking is a covered lot which ,I liked . We Felt my car was in a secure place. There is a 15.00 a night parking fee. The room was very nice . Super comfy bed, a nice Sofa with a little table. I liked that the room had a fridge and microwave oven . We didn't have time to go to the pool . But, the area looked like a great relaxing area . We also didn't try the the Breakfast / Dinner restaurant. The area was modern and clean . We did buy some drinks and snacks from the little " store" alcove. A large selection of items. We were able to have a later check out which was nice after a night out on the town . All of the staff, Front desk and Maids were really friendly and professional. We enjoyed our 1 night stay . If we are in Redwood City Again this would be the Hotel we will stay at :)

The people that work here are SO NICE! Lua at the front desk and a young man with black hair that does the overnight shift are just kind and wonderful people. The room was clean and quiet. The reason I didn't give a 5 star is because I chatted with the system but my request for decaf coffee and extra towels was received but not honored.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Customer service was really good, and my room was quiet. I have no complaints.

Booked a block of rooms for my son's wedding. Princess was exceptional and gave us a great rate and took care of us. The hotel is really nice. Front desk staff very helpful. Even the guy working the Starbucks counter was so kind. Our room was very nice and very comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel.

The front desk clerk was really friendly, she was quick in getting us the room we needed. The hotel is clean and laid back feeling. Seems like they are having staffing issues like everyone else. You need to request for housekeeping if needed. I like the body gel and shampoo they supply.

Hotel bistro which is handy if you want to get a quick bite and don't feel like walking over to downtown Redwood City. The salad, which is a gluten free option, was tasty but not amazing. The service was good and prompt. There are a few tables outside on their patio, though it is quite noisy from the freeway.

The hotel is nice with a beautiful lobby and nice bistro for meals The gym is clean and well maintained. There is an outside pool that seems nice but it is too cold to use. The local area seems pleasant with some nice walking trails. However, I am tired of the Marriott Corporate mindset on house keeping. You now have to ask for house keeping. Unfortunately for me, my requested house keeping did not happen. For the price this hotel charges for a room, I expect management to not skimp. Maybe it's time to switch to Hilton. We shall see.

I was a guest 2/11/2022 for the weekend. Upon returning from the day in San Francisco, my room door was ajar, with the deadbolt set from the inside. A full suitcase, shoes and hanging clothes were stolen. We reported it to the front desk who said they reported it to the manager. For two days we actively sought out the manager to file a report. He indicated he took the report, but advised us to submit a police report. We filed a police report and waited for corporate to advise us regarding our loss in excess of $1500.00. After a month, corporate said they will not pay our claim. Now we are dealing with OUR personal homeowners insurance. The hotel staff said this happens a lot, yet no one reported a lost master key from housekeeping. They basically ignored us. Do not stay at this hotel as they condone theft and don't compensate guests for the inconvenience, the stress of being violated in your "safe" hotel room, the lost items and the respect of taking restorative action. Negative 100 is my rating.

We prepaid for two rooms only to show up and have them say they are overbooked and we had to downsize. We have a large family and get two rooms to accommodate everyone. Now instead of four beds we only have two and a single pullout that has such a flimsy torn stained mattress I wouldn't want my dog to sleep on. Nothing they can do said the desk. Just email the manager they say.I have kids sleeping on the floor of a hotel room. Had to get more bedding to make the pullouts ourselves. Horrible customer service I will not be coming back.

Settled into our room & got our two little comfy in bed. I lay down & notice a smell. Sure enough the phone next to my face had dried p*** all over it. So disgusted!!! Called front desk from my cell phone to have it removed. Now laying here wondering what else has not been cleaned in this room!!!! And WHO puts p*** on a phone? After our early soccer game tomorrow I will be talking with the front desk again. I know I will not sleep & I am afraid to touch anything in this room!!! Horrible experience. I want my fifth-wheel now!!!!

If i can give this hotel zero stars i would. We were in town for a soccer tournament & prepaid/booked in advance & when we checked in after 3pm they said they were over booked & the room we prepaid for was mot available. So we had to down size. We then had to ask 2x for extra blanket & pillows to find out they have no more blankets. They only had sheets, WTF? How are you a hotel and run out of extra blankets. The hotel staff that checked us in seemed like she hated her job & appeared clueless on what to do. Our room was clean but staff & management are really unorganized. Never going back! I over heard someone else complain that their room had vomit on the floor. Come on Marriot you can do better!!!

Rooms are average. Nothing fancy. As other reviewers commented - not much in terms of add-ons - skimpy on the towels. No toiletries. Uncomfortable couch. Don't come here planning on using the EV chargers either. Three out of six aren't working. Overall - "meh" experience.

I've been staying here at this hotel for awhile now every time I come to visit my brother. And it seems that not only is the customer service getting worse every time but the hotel rooms are not equipped. There are barely any towels in the bathrooms, and phone is broken. The prices of the rooms are increasing but the hotel quality decreasing. The supervisor there is not friendly and doesn't want to help at all. I'm a Marriott friends and family member and Marriott bonvoy member and I've been to many Marriotts better than this. They charge for self parking and breakfast and when I asked if I had any rewards or discounts, the supervisor was rude and not accommodating. As a loyal customer, I expect better service and treatment than this.

The check-in clerk was rather surly. I know times are hard, but basic politeness helps to make a world somewhat better The parking is $14 which to me seemed surprisingly high. Our room was great. It was spotless and had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker. The king-size mattress was very comfy. We had a good night of sleep. It was quiet too. I was happy to see ample size toiletries in the pump bottles instead of silly and wasteful tiny bottles. The shower pressure and temperature were perfect.
