This is my first and last visit to this place. Let's talk about the staffing - there were two individuals behind the counter. One appeared to be working on what seemed like an ice cream bar, while the other person was multitasking by taking orders, making the food, and handling payments at the cashier.I ordered three Italian sandwiches to go and specifically requested a substitution for the ham and other meats with just chicken. However, when I got home, I was in for a surprise. Instead of substituting the ham and other meats, they added chicken, which was not only unexpected but also seriously undercooked. To make matters worse, the rest of the ingredients, like the overly spicy pickled items and an unusual dressing, created a gourmet experience I won't soon forget – and not in a good way.I can't recommend this place. What's more, it was quite pricey. For three sandwiches, two bottled soft drinks, and three small packages of chips, the bill exceeded $60. What a disappointment.

It’s a classic Togos, the sandwiches are normally quite delicious but sometimes when they’re busy, they don’t put them together as well. The restaurant is a little bit dirty, it lacks personality and decoration, but I still love even a not so perfect sandwich there. My favorite is the number four, turkey, salami, and cheddar. Such an amazing combo.

I travel all over Northern California for work. I’ve been a Togo’s fan since the 70’s at the Campbell house where it all began.When I’m in the Redwood City area I make a point to have lunch at this Togo’s. They are always friendly, quick and the bread is the freshest I’ve had at ANY Togo’s ever!I ordered a #24 the avocado was fresh no bitter taste just sweet delicious avocado…..HEAVEN. The bread was so sweet and soft PERFECT.I only gave a 4 star on atmosphere because of the lunch crowd mess. Which I know they would get to it once they are done making these outstanding sandwiches.Thank you for doing what you do. You made my day yesterday.When my fiancé text me a picture of his Togo’s sandwich out in Gilroy I quickly shot him my sandwich and he said my sandwich looked better than his.My response “that’s because it is.”?

Got a "hot pastrami sandwich ". Pastrami was microwaved and 1/2 as much as their commercial shows. The roll wasn't heated at all and was a lot of dry bread. If they are not going to heat the bread they should make sure it's fresh!

Do NOT order online! My husband has ordered online from Togo's in Redwood City twice. Both times our orders were WRONG. The first time we ordered a #3 Turkey & Cheddar Togo's style, #36 Turkey Club and a peanut butter cookie. My husband's sandwich only had the meat and cheese. The peanut butter cookie was not in our bag. Today, 07/26/23, we ordered the same thing (#3, #36 and PB cookie). My sandwich did not have any avocado and only had one tiny piece of bacon. Very disappointed. Will not be ordering here anymore.
