Came to Carl's Jr in reedley on Wednesday at 6:35 pm because the carls in dinuba said their milk shake machine was broken. Mind you I just yelped carls in dinuba no more then 30 minutes ago but anyways.....I ordered the milkshake because they said they had it, what I got was a vanilla shake with pretzels and a whole lot of whip cream because the girl knew they were either out of caramel sauce or she doesn't care to do her job correctly. Either way Carl's Jr and their service sucks!

Food was made fresh. The staff was very friendly, efficient, helpful, and made sure they got my order right. Staff even took the extra step when they saw me with my walker by opening the door for me when I came and left.

Awesome restaurant. Always enjoy looking at history of carls Jr on the walls. Also the food is awesome, I always get a large number witch is the double western burger with extra onion rings and add jalapeños.
