Went to Jack in the Box in Reedley CA on 04/20/2024. Presented a coupon for two free tacos if I ordered a large drink. I also ordered a chicken fajita pita combo that included a large drink and upgraded to curly fries. I also ordered my son's diner which was a kids meal and a milkshake. The cashier pushed my coupon away stating that I could not use this coupon since the combo meal came with a large drink. When I got my order I also received a chicken sandwich even though I did not order one. I check my receipt and there it was $2.99 for 1 chicken sandwich. I went back and told the cashier that I did not order a chicken sandwich and he said that I did. This is ridiculous !! This order was almost $30 !! I paid for a chicken sandwich that I did not want, and did not get my two tacos even though I got a large drink.

The place was terrible when we ordered in the drive thru we asked for no ice In our drinks but when we got the drinks they had ice and we asked the cashier if he can refill them but he started cursing and arguing this is why I think the place is terrible

Wife waited in the drive thru for 20 mins then they told her to go park out front then a lady came by and asked for her order number and they could not find her order number spent 15 mins trying to find out what went wrong olny to have cold food and attitude from the employees that work

If you go through drive-through, be prepared to have to wait like 20 or 30 minutes they always make you park in the front and wait for your food no matter what time I go there even with nobody in line they always have tons of employees in the store, most of them just talking I always have a problem with my food. I call and let them now and then when I go back they say my name is it in the book every single time it sucks having to wait 20 minutes or more for your food to go home and your food be wrong or missing items Just be prepared when going to this Jack-in-the-Box it won’t be a drive-through quick pick up of food. You will be waiting a while.Parking: Be prepared to park in front for your drive-through order for at least 20 to 30 minutes. You will not receive the food right away no matter what time you go through the drive-through.

I want to preface this by saying that although I understand inflation is affecting prices across the economy, it's starting to get a bit ridiculous when you get served cold stale fries or cheeseburgers that look like they've been left out for a while and reheated all while having to suck it up and pay almost twice the price of what it was not too long ago. It's easy to excuse this when you're paying a few bucks on average for a burger and fries but at these prices the LEAST I expect is the food to be delivered fresh, and ever MORE SO when you're the only one in the drive through ordering so waiting a few minutes for fresh food isn't a huge deal. These fast food chains use timers to keep the workers meeting daily time percentage goals but that shouldn't come at the cost of quality food. Probably won't be back considering all the other options out there or the fact that its much more rewarding to cook at home. Hope the Jbox management department can get their affairs in order and start bringing quality food at the very least if they expect customers to keep paying rising costs.

Worst jack in the box in the Central Valley!!!They always make you park and wait because according to them they are making everything “Fresh”. Then when I finally get my order food is not even hot, the order is wrong and coffee is Cold. Don’t even know how they are still open.
