Daughter went through 2 days ago to get drinks for us and our friends.... After a lonnnnnnnnnnnnnnng wait got her drinks and advised she had ordered 3 venti's and 2 were ventis and 1 was a grande... told her well, we didn't charge you for a venti.... She asked for a remake for the correct size and was advised to go through the drivethru line to reorder it... She did but since we go to Starbucks a lot, will not be returning to this one for the lack luster customer service, nasty attitude... A quick fix would've made all the difference. Most every time we swing thru it's around $40... plus a tip. No more for here...
