Are you serious? It's like my little cousin did the writing.. this is ridiculous. No wonder this place has two stars. The owner/manager always has amazing service but these worker he hires are ridiculously idiotic. I really can't believe this. Waste of a cake. Waste of my time

I'm really surprised by all the very very low star reviews on here. Maybe we got lucky on our visit, but I find it hard to believe that this location is consistently as bad as others are saying. I wanted to take my son to Baskin as a surprise & this was the closest location to me. When we got there, he was (as expected for a 5 year old) very overwhelmed & indecisive as to which flavor he wanted. The employee was incredibly patient & helpful willing to give him samples to several flavors while my son tried to make his final selection. I'm really thankful he didn't get annoyed that this kid was wasting his time. Then again, there weren't any other customers at the time so maybe he was just happy to have something to do. The only 'snag' was when I tried to use a T-Mobile Tuesday deal the employee wasn't sure how to ring things up properly. He had to call his manager over who had to restart ringing me up. Did it take a ton of time? No. And I wasn't in a big rush either, but it is just something I wanted to bring up.Was this the best ice cream we've ever had? No. Is there anything special about this location? No. But was it a horrible experience where we were screwed over & over charged & treated poorly like others are saying? Absolutely not. This location is on par with every other Baskin-Robbins and we got the experience/product that I went in knowing we would get.

Friendly staff always a plus! We already know their ice cream are delicious. I tried their cappuccino blast and it was yummy ?

Wow, I'm surprised by the low reviews! Thankfully I didn't see them before coming here, otherwise I might not have given them a try. Came here on a cold rainy Friday around 8:10 pm because I was craving ice cream. This was the closest ice cream location for me! PLENTY of parking space in the lot. Right when we walked in, a staff member attended to me right away. There were many flavors to choose from! I settled on their Chocolate fudge. The cost range is a little pricey (approximately $6 per scoop) but comparable to places like Wanderlust and Salt&Straw. I will say I like the quality and taste more than Coldstone. I say give this place a try if you happen to be in the area and am craving dessert... see what you think yourself!

Pumpkinntla ..

$1 for a teaspoon of m&m's...... when I asked for more, he said it would be another $1. Crazy! 2 gummy bears will fit in a teaspoon.

Family favorite for chocolates, incredibly friendly and helpful staff, and a great value. We've been going here for years and look forward to many more to come

This place is terrible what's the purpose of a pint and quart if u can't get multiple flavors I can go to vons and get this s*** cheaper. That's why u have 2 stars and u get one from me lacking customer service skills

The scoops seem to be getting smaller and smaller but more expensive by the day. The 2 scoops on our 2-scoop sundae were Junior-sized with a stingy serving of hot fudge. Compared to other Baskin-Robbins stores on the Westside where we normally frequent, this store's serving sizes seem particularly small and not worth the cost. I just spent $6.49 on less than a pint of ice cream. Seeing that I could get a quart of the same at Ralph's for $4, add on the hot fudge and a can of whipped cream and ice just doubled the servings at about the same cost. You can't even taste the ice creams at the store nor eat there, so the customer experience is nonexistent and not worth the upcharge.
