Got a takeout order scheduled through Yelp for dinner on a rainy night. Parking was tough in front of the place as there's only street parking so you may need to walk farther down. The lady staff opened the door for me and also kindly took care of me when the customer in front of me was dealing with the cashier. The pupusas were delicious. They were the perfect thickness; there was plenty of filing, and the masa was not too thick. Cooked to perfection, they were not greasy at all. We enjoyed a nice selection of the different types offered. Our party included a Salvadoran who knows his pupusas. We also ordered a plate of rice, beans, and fried plantains. They were wonderful. I ordered pupusas to go and I can honestly say they were the best I've ever had here in the San Fernando Valley. I couldn't experience the sitting in service but the staff was very friendly and there was a minor mistake on my order and they were very kind to correct. It might not look sophisticated nor extravagant but it's a nice clean place to eat.
