I pre-ordered my coffee at the Winnetka & Sherman location and my apple crisp shaken espresso was watered down with no sign of apple. The amazing staff at Victory & Reseda were so sweet and understanding. They even commented on the color of my drink being off. The Victory & Reseda Starbucks is a gem. 10/10! Thank you to the staff that worked on 9/7
