This place is a scam. If you have a coupon such as three foot-long for $17.89 the employees will lie to you and defraud you that you can't order sandwiches even though the coupon does not state so. Please do not go to this location. They want to scam your money. They are liars.

I wish some workers would stop thinking that customers don’t know the formulas to sandwiches. I went and asked for their Italian supreme the way she made it was 5 ham 6 pepperoni 6salami and 5 capicola she had put the 6 slices of ham at first and then proceeded to take one off idk if that’s what she is told to put who knows. It’s supposed to be 6 of each. Only reason I’m complaining is cuz who knows how many other customers they don’t put the correct amount of meats. The new sandwiches aren’t cheap.

Entering the store I saw Jackie and another employee not wearing a hair net. I asked politely if she could put on a hair net so that none accidentally fell in my food and she refused rolling her eyes. She then asked the two people behind me if they would like a sandwich and told me to leave. Terrible customer service.

Puts less slices of deli meat in the sandwiches than standard. Footlong Roast Beef... I got 6 slices, it should be 8. They're cutting corners and being cheap here. Not the first time this has happened. I wasn't entirely sure at first and didn't want to create and problem in the store, so I waited to check the facts and they've been giving less and less for the overinflated price that Subway is now. There's a certain amount of deli slices you should be placing per sandwich and size. Definitely not going to this location ever again. Boooooo!
Only subway that hasn't opened seating back up. Makes it very inconvenient. Nobody wants to eat standing up.

They wouldn't sale me a chicken bacon ranch sandwich with the chicken I wanted he wanted to give me a different type of chicken that I didn't like and he wanted to charge extra for the bacon

I've been to this location many times really like the afternoon guy that's usually there. Tonight I walk in at 8pm to a location that closes at 10pm, the two women behind the counter already took everything off the counter and locked the exit door as if their closing, they were making their own food so didn't even like that I walked in. I asked to remove a layer of the meat on the cold cut and they said something to each other in their language. When I asked for a cookie instead of the chips which every location and every store including this one usually, she said she can't, just because. I said they always do she said if you want the cookie you need to pay for the cookie. Why take your misery out on others I don't get it, that's your job, do it best you can, don't be mad at me lol. I won't come back to this location anymore. She laughed when I said that.
