I was immediately contacted by the manager who apologized for the way my food turned out, and offered to return my money and give me a complimentary meal. I took him up on the first part but did not think it right to receive a complimentary meal.

The older man who works here as phenomenal guest service and is nothing short of amazing.However, the cost, quality and taste all lack is many severe way. The cost and quality go hand and hand as the French roll, to the crisp on the chicken all seemed genuinely like faux food. The French roll is too stiff and bland, the chicken does have spice but lacks flavor and taste. The fries are forgettable.One thing I did like here was the spicy mini wings. Those things were so spicy and due to it being mini, it was flavorful enough to make you want more. However I ordered that item another time after and the chicken wasn’t mini anymore and the skin was nasty. Almost inedible.Places lime Dave’s hot chicken, Al’s hot chicken, Angry Chickz, Main Chick and Howlin’ Rays make this thing taste like garbage.

I recently visited Kluckin Chicken, and it was an awesome! The highlight of my meal was undoubtedly the chicken tenders and the waffle. Each tender was moist and cooked with the perfect layer of crisp. Another standout was the quesadilla. It was not something I had initially planned on ordering, but upon recommendation, I decided to give it a try. I'm glad I did. The quesadilla was packed with a generous amount of cheese, tender chicken pieces, all encased in a grilled tortilla. The flavors melded together wonderfully. It was a testament to Kluckin Chicken's ability to do more than just great chicken tenders. Service at Kluckin Chicken was prompt and friendly, adding to the overall positive experience. Really enjoyed everyone there. I didn't feel as though I was bothering anybody if I needed something. Whether you're a fan of chicken tenders, quesadillas, or just in the mood to try some comfort food done right, Kluckin Chicken is a must-visit. I left fully satisfied and will be going back to try other menu options. There sauce is also made in house which you can taste the difference. Quesadillas was lights out!! Had to mention that again.
