I've been living her for a while and this place is okay to live in, but these new management we have now are very shitty. They can't help you out when someone has a problem even if it's little. And the staff workers suck, they never do nothing just drive up and down on the little golf cart. So frustrating living here now.

This park is a good area to live but the management people need to understand we live in the 2020 year we can't live with a internet service from year 2000 (18megabytes) super slow the maximum speed now is (1gb) , how is it possible the park doesn't allow another companies like (frontier or spectrum) go inside the park, just because the owner doesn't want to pay for the cable installation under the floor..we need to talk with HUD and the residents make complaints to request better internet company services because we pay a space rent and we deserve better internet for our kids especially now because the school will be online school for this pandemic... ALL RESIDENTS WE NEED TO CALL TO HUD AND MAKE COMPLAINTS AGAINST THE OWNER OF THE PARK.

They make it impossible for owners to sell there mobil home.that way they will give up and leave it to the park its very sad and unfair
