I just wasted money I just left the bakers on foothill in railto and brought 5 tacos and I took a bite of each one and all of them tasted so bad like someone didn't wash his hands or something. All my life I never ever tasted tacos so nasty now I feel sic. In 60 years I never tasted a taco so bad. Who ever them men are. I hate to say need to be fired. . This my first review ever. But them tacos were so nasty that I had to write about.​them.

I asked For extra sour cream and only put a little Dollop on my chili fries. Fries were also stale and cold only thing warm was the chili on the fries!

It's been awhile since I had Bakers...awful, flavorless hamburger. Drive thru person was friendly though.

Make sure your order is correct before pulling away from drive thru, ordered 3 grill cheese, 1 had no cheese, 1 was burnt and only 1 was done correctly. Went back and manager had the audacity to say, why did I take the cheese out? Why would I come home and go back, waste gas, just to play games I don’t think so. Manager refused to make order right and refused to give me my money back. They are some sketchy individuals!

I went there once with my brother and the experience was quite sketchy, the location is near a bunch of sketchy people. What made me more scared was that one person banged on my car window, until i gave him my food which was quite unappetizing, it had way to much mayo and onions and the fries were colder than me when I come out of the pool. Don't come here.

Service was amazing. Taco burger was cold. Everything else was tasty. Staff was friendly and helpful. Inside of the restaurant was clean. The restroom was also clean.

Can't go inside to order as the dining room closes at 6 and drive thru takes forever with 3 cars in front of me and still get cold fries ?‍♂️?‍♂️

If I could give this Bakers location a negative star review I would. Ordered a single baker come to find two bites in and I reached NO meat in my burger and come to open it up and only find half a patty in the entire burger. Called this location to speak to the manager only to get hung up on and called back as they pretended not to hear me over the phone. What a lack of customer care coming from this location.

You put tomato on my sandwich , my chicken on my sandwich was cold , and I asked for the meal you rang me up for only the sandwich , and I waited over 20 minutes in your drive through , your cashier told me she doesn’t make the food and shut her window , she could have given me the fry for the inconvenience, I didn’t get a sorry for the wait or anything. I really am dying to know why I had to wait 20 minutes for cold food that was made incorrectly with out so much as a sorry . Wow bakers. Just wow. The manager Brittney handled my situation well though I thank her for her awesome customer service!

An employee,Aniya, (sorry if I spelled it wrong) but she was so kind as to help me out when I accidentally spilled my drink all over my car, she was quick to help with no hesitation.By far the best customer service I've experienced at this location. Need more kindness like her
