We have been customers of Big T's since we moved in the area in 2020, and our service has quickly gone downhill since. The biggest issue for us is the timeliness and customer service is severely lacking. We ordered a pizza at 4:45pm and the employee mentioned it would be a 1.5hr waiting. No problem. After two hour passes, we call in to check and they mention after a run around that they lost our ticket and never had our order going. They mentioned they would put in a new ticket and have us as first priority around 6:45p. Quoted wait time: 20 Minutes. We call again after waiting ANOTHER 45 minutes to speak to a manger. They were not apologetic or willing to work with us to compensate for our time. The best they could do was 15% off our next order. They mentioned again our food was almost at our house at 7:10. Another HOUR passed at 8:10 with no food in sight. We had to call for the THIRD time to find our order was still at least 10 minutes away. From initial order it has been almost FOUR HOURS with no apologies except a 15% off coupon. Completely unacceptable customer service.

Hands-down, one of the best pizzas I’ve had in the Rialto area in a long time. My family and I moved here about four years ago and we haven’t really found like the pizza place for us but I think we have now!! To attribute to the freshness of their pizza we’ve been eating it for the past three days and warmed up in the microwave… It tastes just as fresh still it’s so crazy. We did have a small hiccup when picking up the our order but when I called them to let them know what was wrong they made things right immediately!

Trigger Happy
This was the second time my family ordered from Big T's and both times there was insufficient sauce. My most recent 'meat lovers' pizza was either overcooked or too close to an open flame as the meat was overly crispy to the point the pepperonis shriveled up and the bacon turned into little 'rocks' that were too hard to enjoy or safely eat. In the customer note section of the online ordering form, I specifically requested four (04) parmesan cheese packets, but I was given four (04) crushed red pepper packets.The only commendation I have is for the delivery driver, who was very respectful, friendly, and courteous.

Even after placing phone order , had to wait a while . Taste was basic , price was decent , but didn't have any plates in stock so that was inconvenient and they didn't brother to be attentive or provide excellent customer service . Very basic place .

This is literally my favorite pizza and the only pizza place I will order from! They are very popular, so be prepared to wait, but I promise you it is worth the wait! you're usually looking at an hour and a half to two hours for delivery. But I'm OK with that and I always make sure to order ahead of time. Also the workers always seem to be very nice.
