They customer service suck , they have a you waiting in line for like 10 min act like They don't even see you . People end up leaving cause they don't wanna wait in the line over Burger King . It's just not it . You need to do better with customer service . And helping taking orders cause it's ridiculous

They send coupons in the mail yesterday. Told me today after I wsit in the drivethrough they are not accepting the coupons. Don't send them out then.will not be returning

I have to say this location by far is the best I have been too! I live by the cedar & valley one in Bloomington but today we were by this one and my aunt wanted to eat there. So my daughter aunt & myself went for lunch. I have to say for being BK it was super CLEAN! The food was good and fresh but the girls working there were so nice, kind and friendly. We literally sat there for a hour having lunch and talking. It's worth the drive for me to go over there again thank you to the 3 girls today working 11/19/22 around noon time you girls rock and we appreciate it!

Added to our "NEVER go there again" list. I worked in most levels of food service - I know it's not easy and I understand costs involved. Don't bother responding BK - I was told by our server that this overpriced, privately owned store, is not corporate. Same county and region, we were charged significantly more for our meal than BKs near us. My fries were undercooked, the Whopper so overloaded with sauces it was unnecessarily messy and the bacon was rubbery. We'll spend our hard earned money, and less of it, somewhere else, thank you!

The manager with blonde her Connie I think is a terrible terrible manager she is very unprofessional and unreasonable. She doesn’t know what she is doing with her workers at all and she constantly gets mad them for her mistakes I’ve seen this countless times. And I forgot to mention that she made her son a manager and he doesn’t even know what he’s doing half the time and I’ve heard the way she yells at her workers sometimes FOR SOMETHING SHE DID WRONG.

This wasn't my first time visiting this location. But today deserved a review, the person at the drive thru just had a really great attitude and yes my food was hot & fresh. There was a slight error on my order, but it was no issue or any verification of my receipt like I was lying. I didn't get the guy's name but this took place on 5/26 around 11:20 am.

I love Whopper Juniors from Burger King they're great with cheese lettuce tomato it's amazing and it's a very good deal if you order online using coupons it's amazing the deals are fantastic

The Chi king tasted more like the cho-king, cold dry straight out if the microwave, complained to the manager with no action taken.

I eat 5 times a week at this Burger King inside Walmart I ate the same exact thing and today I waited 15 minutes from my order was done I timed it from the time to cook put it underneath the heat lamp it took 15 minutes when I totally gentleman when he finally gave me my food let me just check to see if it was good for you he got smart his name is Carlos he got smart thing well well good for you if it's cold this is not a Burger King you want to eat at
They are very pleasant and helpful there breakfast sandwich 2 for $5.00 is very good ask for jelly

i pulled p to the drive thru and the girl sounded bored...very monotone voice, almost as if she was hating life and just dead inside. I placed my order but she seemed to either not be listening or just didn't care. I wont go back to that location. The one on Foothill is a much friendlier location. BTW, I backed out of the drive thru and left
