Walked in and got no greeting even though there were about five workers. Normally that’s ok and I’ll just brush it off but then I had to wait 10 min for someone to take my order. I knew they saw me cause I made eye contact with several employees. They were also messing around, and the female cashier was yelling at the guy who made my order asking what I had. Overall the service was subpar, the only saving grace is that the food was good.

The food is good and fresh. The service is great. Only concern is they need to clean the tables a little more often. It's hard to find a place to sit because the tables are dirty.

The person that took our order is about the rudest person I've ever met. She is too young to be that bitter or angry in life. She needs training or get a different job. We spend $50 for 3 of us to grab a quick lunch and she seriously ruined our lunch with her rudeness and bad attitude. We will not be

This place has gone down hill since it opened , Do not order online at this location , the steak burrito had 1 piece of meat , ready time was at 1230 , I was told it was not ready , 1245 they hand me a bag that had been sitting next to the employee inside since I arrived , they did not have it at the pick up shelf , employees working 1/13/24 at noon are very dismissive and have no customer service skills , all they do is stand around and talk to each other ignoring customers

I usually don’t have any issues w this restaurant they seemed to be off tonight I went in a little before 9pm and they told me the only have white rice and black beans for mobile orders and it was a few hours to closing the woman serving me tonight did go and get some of the rice and beans for me from the back but there’s no reason you should only be serving to mobile orders two hours before closing and it was very dirty and the grill looked very dirty and black and burned there was food all over the counter it looked pretty nasty. Maybe only go when it’s early.

The food here is decent. It's chipotle so there isn't anything over the top with what is served. The cost is quite a lot for what is actually served but we could probably chalk that up to inflation and greedy corporations. $15+ for a bowl of rice, beans, and meat is fairly high. The behind the counter area where the food is prepped is often messy and could be cleaned more often, especially around the food prep areas.

Descent americanized mexican food, the rice is nasty though, good guacamole, and good meats.

Literally every bit of my burrito had fat in it. they never give good portions we ALWAYS have to ask for extra. The chips are always stale.

Since when did the hourly workers making the burritos become the boss of how much stuff you can put on your burrito

I have eaten at perhaps a dozen Chipotles across the country, and this is the worst I have encountered. Only one of the main entrees was available at 6:30 p.m. (an employee with a tiny, weak voice announced to everyone in line that it would be 20 minutes before chicken was available). Her voice was almost impossible to hear her. I went through the line, ordered what was available, and paid. The food was okay, nothing special. No forks were available, just knives and spoons. The outdoor dining area was littered with paper wrappers and other packaging and the tables were filthy. The restaurant is located along Hospitality Row, a street with dozens of eateries, most well known -- Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Chili's, Panera Bread. I picked the wrong place and will never go back.

Probably the worst chipotle I've stopped by at.I had a birthday coupon for a free side, I wanted queso but cashier said it was only for guacamole or just a side salsa meanwhile I told him I can't eat fruit and the sides were already free so I didn't see a point of getting a side of salsa but couldn't accommodate to my needs and didn't care whatsoever acting like it was the end of the world if he switch the guacamole for queso I didn't see the big deal out of it tbh so I ended up getting a guacamole which I'll just end up throwing away worst customer service ever .....also the service manager didn't seem like she wanted to be there this was at 2:30pm 9/25/23
