I love this place but today I ordered a Thai tea boba & a scoop of pistachio ice cream and the boba was hard. Just ordered 10 minutes ago :( can't even enjoy it.

Worst drive thru service ever... Went to the one in Renaissance Parkway around 530pm through drive thru... Ordered a frap, ice cream and cheesecake and the drive thru employee taking and giving me my order doesn't get my frap order right nor was it blended enough it still has huge pieces of ice and doesn't even bother to give utensils or straw or napkins and her drive thru partner had the nerve to talk smack thinking I can't read lips

Been before, not sure what was going on today but received Panini not even wholly toasted, and soggy. Usually not one to complain but waited excess of 5+ minutes in an empty drive thru. Onions were sliced but not even an attempt to properly prepare them.

My kids like to come here for happy hour. You get it for 2 bucks which is a really good price. I did find that the last time i went the ice cream scoop was smaller in portion. Other times it's been great but last time one of the worker's made it up for me and scooped in a bigger portion and added some oreo sprinkles to it. Wish i got his name.

I was very dissatisfied with the customer service. An employee at this cafe was rude and insensitive. I am allergic to dairy. I cannot have dairy. I asked for black iced coffee. A young lady took my order. Another young lady was about to put milk into it. I told the first young lady that I did not ask for milk. She said it didn't come with milk. I was trying to tell her what happened, but the second lady cut me off and said, "But it doesn't have milk!" I was just trying to explain that they needed to be careful because I have a dairy allergy. The second lady interrupted me when I was trying to explain that I was allergic to dairy and that I needed to be careful. She made another iced coffee, and I wanted to say, "I feel bad that you had to make it again, but thank you for making it. I have to be careful because I am allergic to dairy." But all I could say was "I feel bad that you had to make..." before she cut me off by putting her hand up to my face and saying, "It's okay!"

Would give 0 stars if I could. Came here to order a boba drink and a croissant sandwich. I went through the drive-thru waiting for 20 minutes with no one taking my order. Finally I got fed up and drove up to the window . The girl apologized and said the system was not working , but right before I got there she had taken the order from the car in front of me. She said she could take my order there, so I went ahead and ordered and then she said that the boba was weird . I asked what she meant by that , and she said their machine for boba was broken ? She said half the boba was good and half the boba was uncooked . . . I just told her to have a nice day and I left. She was apologetic . Don't come here it sucks . Idk if it was just her in the establishment or not . So I feel for her. But if so the managers / owners need to step it up.

First of all, the boba wasn't really individually separated, but the boba itself was decent. They had limited food options. They were average, and they were nice. They didn't check on us or anything, It was quiet and calm, not loud, and no screaming, just a very chill place. You could do work if you want. It's not normally packed.

062/2024 The cold rainy weather has nothing to do when craving for an ice blend Caramel Frappa Nutzz. Greeted warmly as we entered the door. Shop pretty much empty so no line ! My hubby got me the Caramel Frappa Nutzz with extra caramel too. Drink was not really as sweet as I was expecting it to be!! Signed up for the rewards and now I am set to redeem my $3 off next visit.
Dropped by to pick up caramel frappanutzz with whip and extra caramel. Sweet delicious goodness. A little too sweet for me but not for sweetheart. Place nice , clean and cozy. Average noise. Drive thru order available. Poor internet connection when trying to check hours of operation ( none shown on window postings) Gender neutral restroom. Accommodating welcome by staff. Handicap and regular parking available just a few steps away. No noted EV around. NOTE: Phone app referral sign up incentive. Join program, refer a friend and get $ rewards.

I don't know what's going on with this location lately. I used to love going here in the morning's but lately they are messing up the orders. I always get a bagel with cream cheese bacon and jalapeños sometimes I leave off the jalapeños. The last few times I order this once they didn't toast my my bagel the second time they left of my bacon and today they barely put any cream cheese it was so dry...so disappointing this has been my go to for breakfast...

This is one of the best coffee places. I absolutely love their Thai tea, but their coffee items, frapps are also amazing. the employees are also very friendly and that helps because customer service is also very important. I would highly recommend this establishment.

Friendly welcoming environment. I'm not a big coffee drinker so I ordered a Frap. Thank you Jacob for helping me come up with a "special" frap. He blended the caramel Frap with a scoop of caramel coffee ice cream and it was amazing!
