We have been to Cracker Barrels all over the US. Typically I love the food, get excellent service, and enjoy the experience. The food here was okay, not great. The server was friendly and attentive. I ordered broccoli as one of my sides. When my meal was brought without the broccoli I asked about it and was told it would be right out. It didn't come until after I asked our waitress about it. I was a little disappointed in tbis visit The food was more expensive and not as tasty as other sites.

Unfortunately, although our waitress was very friendly and kind, the food was terrible. The chicken strips and fish fillets were like jerky. We couldn't even eat them. Everything was cold and very disappointing.

The food was dry, and overcooked. My chicken was rubbery, and my husband's over easy egg was hard and flattened. We didn't want to complain about it because it took so long to get the food in the first place. The Rialto one was a disappointment and I will stick to the Arizona ones.
